It was a very comfortable stay and an excellent location. The staff was very friendly and we were very pleased with our stay. The bathtub was a little difficult to use.

We liked everything. We asked for a quiet room and early check-in and they did both. Also the reception person was very helpful with a problem unrelated to our stay. Will stay there again

The rooms are larger than typical for paris & delightfully decorated! We were within walking distance of many attractions & didn’t have to use the metro at all to get to the eiffel tower, the louvre, many museums & restaurants. everything was just perfect - the front desk (monsieur Winfred) helped me to book an urgent same-day dentist appointment when i unexpectedly broke a tooth the day before our departure. He was amazing & so was the dentist around the corner!

It’s a wonderful location with an absolutely lovely staff! I always stay here for an at-home feel in Paris. It’s local. It’s charming. It’s a little hideaway in the center of the city… That I could not stay longer!

LOCATION THE HEAT DID NOT WORK, THUS PROVIDED US A SPACE HEATER, IT WAS 30 DEGREES IN PARIS, THE HALLWAY AS COLD AS OUTSIDE, THE BREAKFAST TERRIBLE, LIKE DIRTY WATER FOR COFFEE , WE WENT NEXT DOOR FOR BREAKFAST , OLD FACILITY AS FAR AS ROOMS, ALL HOUSE STAFF STENCHED OF SEVERE BODY ODOR! TERRIBE, AND THEIR CLEANING MY ROOM ? , START WITH YOUR HOUSKEEPING. THIS IS NOT A 4 * HOTEL , MAYBE 3* , LOCATION YES . I OPOLOGISE BUT ITS TRUE

Location was excellent. It could have not been better! The room was to be expected considering the price for the room. The breakfast was great for its price. I have ZERO complaints. We would come back anytime. I do not have a negative thing to say.

No comment The manager of the property was very rude and was charging me for a room I did not want. I canceled the reservation and he charged me for 1 nights stay which was above the rate for the room I had reserved. There was a miscommunication between the property, myself, and Booking.com on the room I originally reserved. And because I canceled the reservation because of the manager’s rudeness, Booking.com charged me a cancellation fee as well. I will dispute these charges with my bank ASAP, and will not recommend the hotel or Booking.com in the future. I will use social media sites to rate this hotel and Booking.com unfavorably if these charges are not reversed.
