The staff was kind, good breakfast, good location, building had lift The heat was too much and we couldn’t control it because it was not up to us. The cleaning services could be more thorough.

Shared bathroom

The location was the only good thing. DO NOT STAY HERE!! There is an intense bed bug problem. My entire body is covered in bed bug bites and the front staff did not care at all, the woman who changed my room didn’t even look surprised, all the bad reviews are true. I don’t have high standards for hotels at all and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in. Even if it didn’t have bed bugs, everything is ancient and stinks. Staff is rude and inhospitable. Spend a bit more and stay somewhere better. I say this as my body is itching and covered and huge bites it’s not worth it.

The breakfast was decent and met expectations. The room condition was poor. The towels were old and had black marks on them. The blankets/duvets used for sleeping were old and worn out.

Honestly, nothing Everything else. There were bedbugs, leaking roofs, leaking on the bed, sink did not drain, suffered minor burns from the hair dryer. There is also no a/c so good luck if it’s hot.

nothing the worst nightmare ever , waking up with bugs on you sucking your blood and passing the 2 days visit of Paris itching and in pharmacy. traumatic episode can't stop thinking about the Punaise de lit so disgusting so awful .. the room was so hot , the balcony door dont close well . the toilet door is broken but the bugs at night was the most scary part. we did nothing finally didnt visit Eiffel tower nothing .

Nice area. I had a window very Parisian style. The breakfast was tasty. They had a luggage room and 24/7 reception and nice staff The building was quite old, the towels also need a change. Only one socket for charging. The room for breakfast was so small that often no table was free

It was very old, not comfortable… there was only two plug and one of them occupied with TV, also both of them were very far away from bed. So we had really hard times to charge our phones. And there is no plug at bathroom we had to use our hairdryer at the mainroom. And you have to leave your key to reception every time you leave. It’s weird. Breakfast is very week. The employees at reception was nice but they do not ley us to leave our butters at the fridge. The sheets , blankets are very old and they seems very dirty. The building is already very old they could use newer blankets at least. There was cheapest options when we booked this one. We choose this because of location but generally we use metro so it did not worth.

Hotel in very good location, The room is quite comfortable, the bathroom has been renovated. The hotel needs renovation.

Great location for family trip - 25 min walk to the seine. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a bit more limited than we are used to.
