It was very cute and nicely decorated. My daughter is celiac and needs to eat her own food for breakfast and can’t have cross contamination. We could use dishes from the breakfast area but we were not allowed to eat the food we brought for her in that area. There was not much room to eat in our room and no fridge to keep her food cold.

Great location close to port st Denis area, but really peaceful.

The bed was really comfortable and clean and the reception staff were very helpful. The room was not spacious like a family room, and had hairs in the bathroom. The sink at the edges was broken and toilet holder also. The breakfast could be better.

The staff were lovely The beds were soooo hard and so were the pillows. The rooms are TINY! The shower had no light in it either which was weird. The breakfast buffet was just left out in the open! Nothing covered! Pastries were also tiny and flies on them all the time. Very poor selection of cereals. Bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs were only lukewarm, left in crock pots on a hot plate. Not worth the money at all. Better off going around the corner to La Petite Louise café for decent sized breakfasts for half the price. For the money we paid in the hotel, it wasnt worth it. Hard to believe this is a 4* hotel!

Rien.

On the positive side, the location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible given the circumstances. We stayed during the red weather warnings when temperatures reached 38°C, so we appreciate this was an unusually difficult time. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and although the hotel provided fans and did their best to help, the rooms are very small and it was simply too hot to sleep comfortably. One thing to be aware of is the surrounding area. While it was fine during the day, it felt a little dodgy at night, so I wouldn’t recommend it for groups of girls planning to be out late.

Great location, very communicative staff, delicious food on breakfast, close to metro and in walking distance The room was cleaned not in every day. Staff asked my did I use green “pom pom” to show that staff can clean in, but still not every day it was cleaned. So in the evening I just asked to change used towels.

The location was superb – very conveniently close to the heart of the Marais in Paris. You can walk to the Marais in 10 minutes or cycle to the Moulin Rouge in 20. The room was a bit small, but that was mostly because of my huge luggage. The staff were incredibly friendly and even kept an eye on me at night when I went out for a cigarette – I felt really safe and welcome. I could store and even weigh my luggage at the hotel after checkout. And my personal thank you goes to the cleaning lady that was cleaning my room every day and unclogged the stopper that was stuck in the sink merci! The only slight inconvenience was that there was only one elevator for the entire building – shared with the cleaning staff and their carts – and no stairs option (or at least I couldn't find one). So if you needed to get out during "rush hour," the elevator could feel a bit crowded with hotel sheets and trolleys. It wasn't annoying at all, really – but I would have appreciated having stairs as an alternative.

Very good location. All attractions can be reached by foot in 20-40 minutes, close to metro and bus stops. Very kind staff. My side of the bed was uncomfortable.
-
Very nice and clean room! The location is a bit tricky, and it smells badly just outside the hotel.

Everything was perfect! In a little street, calmer than Château d’Eau usually is. Easy access to the metro. Super clean, super friendly staff, cosy rooms. AC was working well in that heat! ❄️ /
