The staff was helpful and easy to communicate with. It was hard to find--maybe a sign at the gate on the main street would help.
-
At around 2 or 3 a.m., the police come to the hotel and check the rooms.

The room comes up when you search AC on booking but it does not have AC. The actual amenities don't list AC, but it's a little fishy. The rooms are extremely tiny, and I found the extreme no outside food rule to be burdensome for a budget hotel.

The property was fine and was as expected, but the exceptional heat made our stay more difficult. We were on the top, 5th floor, with no air conditioning or elevator. The staff did everything they could to help the guests as they struggled to work in the heat and kindly lent us one of their fans!

It was closed to the subway, clean and friendly. I wish I knew the room was on the 4th floor without elevator. It was also a little noisy.

The hotel is basic but great! I dont get why people complain about the stairs, they are classic Parisian stairs so steep and old but that IS Paris. The staff was nice and the beds were good, loved the mini area around the hotel! will def come back.

Very safe area and the receptionist guy was very kind and they have a welcoming kitty at the front desk. The room was so clean with tv and clean updated bathroom everything was so clean!! The stairs to get to my floor but it’s fine :)

The room was very small, not clean, and there was no air conditioning. The stairs were in poor condition. Overall, the space felt uncomfortable and poorly maintained. The furniture looked old and worn out, and there was a noticeable lack of proper hygiene. The bathroom was also quite small and not very clean. Additionally, the noise level was high, making it difficult to rest properly.

The hotel manager was very kind and helpful. I was able to leave. My luggage is at the hotel before checking in and a couple hours after checking out as well. The place is very nice and clean and a great value for where it is located in Paris. There is no elevator, but that is very common in the centre of Paris. Other than that, it was an amazing stay!

Price No elevator

service was great, extremely good staff and clean.

Too many stairs and it’s old but that’s just Paris

Nice neighborhood, with lots of coffee shops and small restaurants. easy walk to metro station, and easy connection to airports. nice old style family hotel, that went through some modernization. wifi was strong. good value for money. climbing 4 stories in narrow staircase with no elevator. this is Paris, I was fine, but not for everyone. the room was tiny.

This was a last minute reservation, I was so blessed to find it available. They were over the top to help me and made a crucial exception for me. I had way too much luggage, my little dog and a broken arm. The young men could see that the driver who dropped me off had taken advantage of me that I was not going to be able to leave on my own they implored the owner to allow me to stay. He gave the ok. He said the room is small you won’t be comfortable with all your luggage up there so they kept it secure for me in the storage room I 100% trusted them. They all spoke English as well so it did make things easier for me, my French is ok for most situations. This place was an adorable gem hidden quietly away from the hustle bustle on one end of the corridor and a very pleasant other side with quality restaurants, bakeries, laundry mat etc on a more private street and groceries in a very convenient location with everything you need around it. They let me leave my luggage for the whole day so I could go to my friends around the corner and settle in one suitcase at a time… they made me feel safe and welcomed like family! Their cafe is just darling drinks hot or cold all so delicious. Lovely spot in front to sit and sip away. This place is a true gem! It was perfect for what it is a small quintessential boutique hotel with a big heart!

Nothing ? Everything

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was friendly and helpful. I felt very safe and it was the most quiet and comfortable bed during my entire 7 days in Paris.
-
Location was great Not very clean, both common areas and the room. Very hard to climb 4 floors of stairs with heavy luggage. Water in the shower was the very hot. Had a hair in the sink. Room was fine but for me too expensive for what you get

Location is very parisian lack of elevator stairs

There was nothing I liked about this property. If I had been able to change to a different hotel, I would have. This property was dirty, outdated, and not secure. while it’s locked at night, the exterior door is open all day so anyone can go upstairs to where the rooms are. The doors are thin and the locks are flimsy, and it would be easy for someone to break in. My shower drain was so plugged, the water ran out of the shower the first morning as I didn’t notice. There are no elevators, so not a good hotel if you have bags. While my bedding appeared to be clean, I had to check for bedbugs just to make sure, as the hotel looked that bad. To make it worse, my room had no electricity the morning I had to leave. And of course, there’s no staff on site to help. There is nothing good I have to say about this hotel.

The stairs can be difficult if you have large bags as they’re pretty tight and steep. The rooms can also get pretty hot in summer, but our room had two windows so that helps a lot.
