Hôtel Maison Pigalle

The room was beautiful, and the hotel itself was very tastefully decorated. Although the rooms are relatively small in terms of square metres, the layout is so well designed that they don’t feel cramped at all. The room was also well equipped with everything you could need. The neighbourhood was lovely, with many charming places nearby, and the main tourist attractions were very easy to reach by metro. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and friendly and did everything they could to help us. For the price, this hotel is absolutely worth it and even exceeded our expectations! Will 100% book this hotel again when coming to Paris!

Lovely little hotel in a great spot. The room was nice and the reception team were friendly and genuinely helpful - they answered emails quickly even after we'd checked out. The surrounding area is beautiful and full of life, with plenty to walk to. Breakfast was fine without being memorable. A few things kept it from being perfect. Some of the non-reception staff were noticeably less welcoming than the front desk. The room had a kettle and a coffee machine but no power socket anywhere near the table, so there was nowhere practical to actually use them. And I left my laptop charger in the room; despite the staff checking, it was never found or returned, which was disappointing.

Location, a/c, comfortable beds, good bathroom & showers & nice breakfast. Drinking water is not replenished in the room. Paper cups & coffee are not always replaced.

I liked the very convenient location to Galeries Lafayette, local bakeries, the quiet street, Moulin Rouge and Montmartre. The room itself was also very cozy, a good size, and if you know the room sizes in Paris, this was pretty generous and the bed was comfy. Overall the staff were lovely and the hotel was clean.

Nothing Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The location was not convenient at all and was quite far from most places, so we had to take a taxi every time we wanted to go out. It also didn’t really feel like we were in Paris because of the location and surroundings. The staff were not very welcoming or helpful. In particular, one of the Arabic-speaking staff members was quite rude, and the women at the lobby were not helpful when we arrived. We had several bags with us, but there was no luggage ramp only stairs so we had to carry all of our bags ourselves. The elevator was extremely small, so we had to make several trips just to get all our luggage upstairs. The hallways were also very narrow, making it difficult to move around with our bags. The AC was another major issue. It had a bad smell and did not work properly, which made the room uncomfortable. We also did not feel that the hotel was very safe, as we heard someone screaming during the night, which was quite concerning. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

The receptionists are really friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a great location! The room was clean and they set up some macarons and balloons when they found out it was our 5th anniversary.

lovely little hotel in great location and easy walk to so many restaurants, bars, shopping and Metro. Beds were soooooo comfortable, air-conditioning perfect and a nice touch with Clarins products in the bathroom. Lovely little foyer to sit and relax (with a huge jar of lollies) Importantly - a lift to rooms Three fantastic eating options just up on the corner (we tried all three!) Nothing really for our stay - overall perfect

Beautiful building in a spectacular location. This was the perfect place to get our footing in Paris. Very nice decor too. Nothing!
