Hôtel Monterosa - Astotel

The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. In particular, Alexander at the front desk was welcoming; and he provided us with important information about our stay. The accessible coffee and snack lounge was a real treat to relax after a full day of touring Paris. Our room was clean, comfortable and well attired. The hotel was wonderful!

The staff were very friendly and attentive. There is free coffee, tea and snacks from 2 pm on at all their locations in Paris regardless of which one you’re staying at. I thought the location of the Monterosa in Montmartre was perfect and the price was reasonable. Nice breakfast. The rooms are small as is the case with many older European hotels but very clean and nicely appointed. Na

Sparkling clean, comfy bed, good breakfast. The elevator is too loud on the top floor.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom. She is really satisfied with the amazing staff and amazing helpfulness of the team, and going above and beyond to support and guide the cleanliness of the facility was exceptional. A special thanks to the lady at the reception desk who went above and beyond and helped get to the bus station.

Literally dangerous stay: apparently gas pipe overheated which caused the fire alarm What is worse during 30 minutes following fire alarm we have been told by receptionist that everything is OK and it was just someone smoke in the room. Until finally someone else rushed in to every door shouting Out out out!! – so actually we were in danger all the time! Fire truck arrived and been checking the hotel for an hour. Not only we are shocked by the danger staff put us into by mistakenly calming us down and making stay; we certainly had to skip many plans we did in Paris that day and literally ZERO compensation provided / offered by the hotel. So bad maintainance / equipment, incompetent personnel putting people in danger and zero client service. My last stay in this chain.

The elevator is very small. Be advised if you hate small spaces , the elevator is tiny! Elevator

Exceptional

Excellent hotel, exceeded all expectations. Great location - close to Montmartre. The room was very comfortable - had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here next time I visit Paris.

The location close to the venue of the concert we were attending (the Casino de Paris; we only stayed one night) was excellent. Also, the proximity to Pigalle for going out after (and eventually to the Bouillon Pigalle for a late supper) and then tottering home was excellent. The room was very comfortable. The presence of a usable bath was a plus. The plug for the bath was not connected, and so it had to be manually manipulated to take it out and drain the bathwater.

I’ve absolutely loved our stay here! One of the best hotel I’ve ever been in my life. Super freshly renovated rooms-friendly and helpful staff-delicious breakfast and the best part was the little balcony that our room had. We didn’t expect it! Thank you! We will come back for sure! Highly recommended hotel!!! ????????? -
