Very close to several Metro lines. The staff was super nice, and the neighborhood had tons of restaurants and boulangeries. Our room had a good bit of mood in the bathroom and some above the beds. It affected my daughter terribly and me to a lesser degree. Within minutes of coming back from our day, she would be completely congested and not feel well. The bathroom was also uncomfortably small.

Great location. Concierge helped us book a taxi to the airport since it was our last night in Paris. Pick up their "definitive map of the Marais" at the front desk for suggestions on what to see. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a little style-over-substance. The shower didn't make sense, design-wise and water got everywhere in the bathroom. Some of the tables were wobbly. But for the location and price it's still a good value, imo.
