It has been the worst hotel experience I have had so far. Don't recommend this accommodation at all The prices the hotel charge are not particularly cheap for the conditions of the rooms. The hotel is poorly maintained, the rooms and corridors are smelly, beds are extremely uncomfortable. The bedsheets and towels (smell like feet) are never washed. I was supposed to stay 4 nights, however, the room was infested with bed bugs. I was bitten by the bed bugs. I reported immediately to the staff (an Armenian man and his wife who barely speak french or english) about the presence of these bugs in the room showing them the bugs I just killed as evidence. I asked for a refund as they were unable to provide an acceptable accommodation. The woman and the guy refused to inspect the room, cynically claimed that the mattress was new and that the didn't have this kind of problems in the hotel. The staff refused to give a refund. I had to leave as soon as I could. I insisted diplomatically on having a refund and to reach a civilised agreement just before leaving, yet the director of the hotel vehemently ignored me and refused to give me a solution, his excuse was that I made the booking through booking.com and they would have to solve my problem. Even worse customer service of booking.com said it was my fault and that I should have called them for any booking I was intending to do (which is outrageous for an online service).

The staff was so accommodating and helpful. They let us check in early and store our luggage. Always felt that the property was very safe and the rooms were spacious and clean. Couldn’t have asked for better value for the price!

The room was not acceptable as a hotel room. Mouldy windows, stained towels, bad smells everywhere including the linen (all documented). Had to leave after one night. Hotel didn't provide refund for remaining nights and Booking.com was no help either, offering me a ridiculous 40€ voucher instead of actual help. Will not book on here again, as they seem to protect bad hotels at all costs

The location...and compared to other reviewers, I did not see/have bed bugs... which are my only positives Staff is very rude. Either the receptionnist who MANDATES that we leave the key before leaving, wihout any kind of thoughtful explanations, just annoyance... but takes no responsibility if things are stolen from our room, or the cleaning lady who despite the fact that we mentionned we do not want the room cleaned (one of us was working remotely/having a call), actively knocked on the door. Booked for 3 days, but left after 1 day (and lost my €€€ doing so) to the Orphée Hotel, which was miles better.

It was clean and comfortable, but a little more clean carpet would suit my personal preference better.

Nice area Dirty hotel. I found bed bugs in my bed when I woke up and the moquette was terribly dirty. I was very disgusted and wanted to leave, but I read in the reviews that it happened to others and they were never reimbursed. Since I was on a budget I accepted to change rooms and the second room at the 3rd floor was cleaner. It was complicated to shower because the water was either extremely hot or very cold. I am very disappointed that booking is advertising this facility

The Hotel is in a very nice neighborhood, it has several places to eat and a Carrefour (for groceries) just around the corner. There are two metro stations nearby: Place d'italie and Govelines. The bed was not that comfortable but it was just the right amount to have a good sleep. Sometimes the towels were a bit rough, but nothing to worry too much about it

If cleanliness is important to you, this hotel may not meet your expectations. The towels provided were very old and did not appear clean. Typically, hotels offer white towels, but here, each towel was a different dark color and noticeably worn out. Additionally, the bathroom sink was not functioning properly water would collect in the basin and drain very slowly.

Very good hotel. Location excellent. The owners-very kind people.
