The staff was nice, the spa was very good

When we made our reservation, the webpage read: "2 adults, children always welcome", but the hotel then did not allow our daughter to stay in our room. Instead, we were upsold a new room for 200 Euros. The manner in which we were helped was lacking. We were told that we imagined the language we cited until we showed the staff the booking webpage. We were then offered a glass of wine as an apology, but of course still had to pay 200 Euros extra. When I went to collect the glass of wine this resulted in another unpleasant interaction. I was first told that I could only have a premixed cocktail. The person at the front desk then looked up some note that suggested that I could indeed have wine. I was then told that I could only have the cheapest of the open wines and ultimately given a glass that contained 6cl, thereby gifting me the experience of drinking the smallest glass of wine of my life, all after another deeply unpleasant interaction with the arrogant individual at the front desk. Finally, the aircon on the top floor did not manage to cool the room, but, in fairness, it was exceptionally hot.

We also enjoyed the Spa, which is well maintained, and was available on a daily basis. Staff at the reception, and cleaning personnel were very accommodating and flexible. Breakfast was also great. The regular room was tiny, but it was expected as we have read reviews on the website of the hotel.

Check in was very easy and we could leave our luggage prior to check in. Close to the metro and lots of restaurants. Not too far from pantheon and Notre Dam Cathedral The rooms are very small. The pool time is very limited for children

Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas plus d'accessibilité au spa. Certains hotels proposent un accès illimité au spa. Je trouve ça vraiment dommage de refuser des accès supplémentaires au spa y compris quand il n'est pas utilisé

Very large and nice room, location was perfect in a safe neighborhood and very good access to public transportation and lots of restaurants nearby. Spa was really nice and not crowded. AC didn’t cool our room enough in those Paris hot days

Good Customer Service and Happy Staff , always felt welcome and the breakfast was also very delicious one evening we came back to the hotel for a drink and alot of the vender bottles was empty . that was the only issue i could think of, that could have been better

Spent here one week with my family, in May. Very supportive and friendly personal, that’s a huge plus. Good location, 30 minutes walk to Notre-Dame de Paris, many cafes around, 10-15 minutes walk. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything you need for short term stay. For sure, I recommend this place to stay in Paris. Nothing.

Lovely little pool, sauna, steam room, tiny workout room. Great breakfast, with pastries, fruit, yogurt, cappucino, cheeses and meats. The room was larger than expected. Just right for a relaxing trip. Wine was available for purchase in the small library off the reception area. It had a spa, and we saw people going in, but we didn't use it. The neighborhood isn't too close to major attractions, but it felt safe and there were some decent restaurants nearby. Could use more channels/streaming on the tv.

The hotel itself is very well maintained, beautiful decor and design. Spa amenities excellent and very enjoyable especially when the weather is cold!! The entire staff is very friendly and very professional, from front desk, to the breakfast staff, to the maids and maintenance people!!! Very welcoming place and great location. Also, we booked a massage and it was the best massage experience ever!! Highly recommended. Nothing!
