Great little hotel, right by the Place d'Italie so super convenient to go out and about and visit Paris. The air conditioning was up to the job, which we were immensely grateful for. The front desk staff is really friendly and helpful and it is manned 24/7. Breakfast is good too and you get complementary filtered water to take to your room. A really good option for a summer stay.

We loved the location and being given a room on the sixth floor with a balcony we could actually sit out on (although it was 40 degrees!!) was such a treat. The reception staff were lovely - kind and friendly. We didn’t like not having an electric kettle so we could not make our own hot drinks as the coffee pods given were limited. Also the classic double room was rather small.

Nice clean rooms. Loved the little balconies and access to fresh air. The location is great - 3 metro lines including one going to the airport. The breakfast could have a bit more choice but not a deal breaker.
