Clean and perfect location Nothing negative to say

It has a really good location, near to buses and trams. There is an intermarche nearby as well. It felt quite safe walking back to the hotel at night. It’s a big road in front of the hotel but it still felt quiet and not like the busy grand streets. AC. Works very well too, very important during the summer. Some guests get noisy and you can hear them even inside your room. When people talk in the hall you can hear the whole conversation.

Location, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, patience with my attempts at French, very quiet, air conditioning, bed was very comfortable, welcome slippers! Loved everything but perhaps a small fridge in room would add to the experience.

It was quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The lobby was very warm.

Small rooms but that's normal

The location of the hotel was amazing, right beside the Latin Quarter. The staff were wonderful - so helpful and nice with lots of recommendations for us. The room is tight, would have been nice to have a slightly larger room, but the bathroom was huge and we had a room looking out onto the street, which was wonderful.

Air conditioning very welcome. Staff are kind and friendly rooms are small but thats normal for Paris

The staff were wonderful! Valerie and Kuvinthan were so helpful. They were always so nice!! The location was excellent for exploring the left bank. The room was very small.

Very friendly staff, beautiful cozy room.

It was very clean, bed was comfortable and shower was great. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was so small there was no room for your suitcases. I’d recommend only one person staying in the room.

A very characterful and pretty hotel situated in the Latin Quarter . Great selection of restaurants and cafes in the area. A short walk to Notre Dame cathedral and the river Seine. Metro station very close to hotel too . All in all the hotel is very convenient for a great stay in Paris . Our bedroom was comfortable and not as small as I thought it would be From reading reviews and having had previous stays in tiny hotel rooms in Paris I thought the room would be extremely small but we had plenty of space for us . Yes , the lift is tiny as other reviewers have said but it honestly was not an issue for us . Beds were comfortable and we had lovely pillows . Most of the reception staff was very friendly and helpful . This is just a suggestion regarding the bathroom. My husband and I both have mobility issues so I feel that we are in a position to comment on this issue: . It is important for guest safety regardless of age or mobility issues to have handrails installed in the bath as well as the provision of a bathroom mat with a grip to prevent slipping placed in the bath and perhaps a handrail near the toilet also Otherwise we loved everything about the hotel

The wonderful staff and the hotel’s location: The hotel staff are very professional, personable, and helpful. Re location, on one hand, the hotel is v close to many Paris tourist attractions (Notre Dame, Pantheon, Seine cruises etc.) On the other, the hotel’s area is full of local shops, cafes, and transit links catering to Paris residents, office workers, and students. Nothing comes to mind that I disliked.

Location of dining room was great. Staff was great. Coffee baked good were delicious but eggs and meats were cold. Room was small and shower was really small.

The hotel was clean. The hotel staff was friendly and the location was great for cafes and restaurants. Also not too heavy in tourist traffic.

The room (once we got the correct one) was as advertised, spacious and clean! The location is EXCELLENT! Close to the Seine, the Pantheon, St. Germain, bus, metro, great bistros at our doorstep, amazing! The view on the street was very beautiful and picturesque like! The staff were also quite helpful, friendly and professional, the 24 hour reception at it's finest! The first night we were given a room without a balcony while our booking included that (the staff immediately responded and for that I am quite grateful, we were moved to a room with a balcony the very next day). The balcony was kind of small and difficult to reach, we needed to kind of climb out of the window to get to it, so I did not get to use it as intended after all. Perhaps it's the parisian style, as other balconies in the city were the same, so I would not dwell on it that much!
