was very hot weather so was very nice to have an AC in the room and swimming pool! Great breakfast! Very stylish!

Everything perfect, within its price range it delivered to the expectations. Staff friendly, location was great, and the spa area, which was one the reasons we selected the pilgrim, was as pictured and gave a moment of relaxation

Very modern and chic. Extremely pleasant bar and breakfast area. Fantastic location 5 minutes to Notre Dame, yet quiet and out of the tourist bustle. A lovely quiet street. Beds were too soft for me but that is typical of most French beds. Room was somewhat small, but, it’s Paris. Space was used wisely.

Compact, efficient, impeccably clean, pet friendly, comfortable bed, excellent location, wonderfully styled and a delicious breakfast. Nothing not to love. Nothing. Rooms are tight but extremely functional.

Location, roof top deck Room was very small, no where to unpack clothes or access them easily.

1. A/C in the room did not work at all. Hotel personnel tried to fix it - could not. 2. Receptionist and manager were NOT considerate - refused to offer another room with A/C nor refund our money. It was late and we were forced to pay 90 euros extra for another room with A/C. 3. Bathroom are very small with sliding door to a room with full size bed. No privacy. Toilet bowls are tiny, round, uncomfortable and kids size. 4. Breakfast is expensive (23 euros). For this amount of money you can have excellent food in near cafe.

Location is nice Smallest most uncomfortable room ever, worst experience for the crazy price I paid. The room was really so small I could not even fit in the bathroom. How is thid even allowed. No welcome gift received, super cheap tap water is what we received all in all biggest reget As if this was not bad enough staff shouted me down when I was leaving

The staff were truly amazing—I really loved how helpful and welcoming they were throughout my stay. The breakfast was also delicious with a nice variety to choose from. I also appreciated the hotel’s interior and its modern, stylish design which gave it a very pleasant atmosphere. The room was extremely small for the price I paid—so small that our bags didn’t even fit properly and there was barely space to walk. Cleanliness was also disappointing; I even saw a spider on the bed at one point. Another issue was with amenities: there were no tissues in the room, just two small rolls in the bathroom, and no coffee machine provided. On top of that, the location was not convenient—it’s at least 40 minutes away from Champs-Élysées and the Eiffel Tower, and with traffic it can take even longer.

First, I want to commend the staff. Every single person was kind and offered us genuine hospitality that felt authentic second, just the vibe of the aces! It’s comfortable and fun without being obnoxious. There is literally nothing we didn’t like about this property.

Really everything Nothing

The location is walkable to most attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel itself is modern and well-kept, with the convenience of an elevator for easy access to all floors. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference in our experience. Unfortunately, our stay in this room was not very comfortable due to how cramped the space was. There was barely any room to place our luggage without blocking the walkway, which made it hard to move around. The limited space also meant there was hardly any room to sit anywhere other than the bed. Overall, the room’s design made it difficult to relax or enjoy the space. It might work for a very short stay or for solo travelers with minimal luggage, but it wasn’t ideal for comfort.

It is an excellent location, quiet, clean, the staff makes you feel like your family, good vibes, and you won’t go wrong here, just the opposite you’ll make the right decision. Book it. I’d go back. you’re going to get five star treatment and quality for less. It’s beyond reproach.

The rooms with tiny I could not use the room comfortably with two large luggages and two people. No wardrobe space completely I could no longer stay at that space I was actually thinking of leaving middle of the stay

Exceptional

The concierge overcharged my card with 650 Euros for "city tax", which I have not received yet (10 days) despite reminders. Rooms were so small that you could barely stand beside the bed - same for the bathroom. However, ok sleeping beds. Breakfast was poor - the trays were empty and not refilled, or with a very sparse food assortment. Pancakes and bread were old and dry. The pool/sauna was ok, but slippers were only available in one of our rooms, and we did not receive bathrobes (but we realized on the last day that other guests had this). We left one day early and received no refund, not even for the prepaid breakfast. Despite the ok hotel location in Paris, I will never return to this place!
