Funcionários educados e quarto num tamanho excelente pra Paris Elevador mto pequeno, quase nao cabe eu com uma mala de bordo. Se vc estiver com mala grande e no ultimo andar, precisa enfrentar as escadas.

The location was great, rather small but that worked well for our group. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Super pleased the room had air conditioning.

i booked this hotel at very last minute and the price offered was very low compared to other structures in Paris; initially i needed a room just for myself but in the end i needed to add my daughter to that booking already confirmed; the owner was very understanding, adding just 30€ i could get a double room instead of single room; i appreciated the human interaction with the owner of the hotel; i needed help in understanding which was the most suitable public transport to reach the centre and the owner helped me with that. (there are two different metro stations in proximity to the hotel; it depends where you come from; one is 15' walking distance and the other is 7' walking distance; there is also a bus station nearby the hotel) ; kindness , patience and attention towards the client. i also walked (1h 15') towards the centre thus it allowed me to see streets , cafes that only on foot you can perceive them. as for the hotel itself, it is an old small building , but well maintained; the room was clean even though facilities, furniture outdated. nothing to comment here.
