The hotels structure and layout. The swimming pool was nice however the jacuzzi was not working. The building needs work. The swimming pool was broken a bit where the jacuzzi wasn't working whilst we stayed there. The rooms shower - terrible layout as it kept flooding. We showered by the swimming pool instead as I'm autistic and my mum has mobility issues where changing rooms would stress us out. So we found other alternatives.

The room was small but okay because I didnt spend enough time in it. Bed was comfortable, pool was really dissappointing and also there was an issue with the drain in the shower. We talked to reception who sent someone the next day but there was apparently hair and stuff stuck in the drain but definitely not from me. It was my first shower in the room. there was a mistake by booking.com. I made two reservations for paris because towards the end I was heading to disneyland and both bookings were for 2 people but when I reached the hotel I was told the booking was for one person and even though I am the main booker I was told I had to pay. I am not sure how that happened because I made both bookings at the same time almost.

Staff were lovely in the bar and reception The pool was very old dated parts of it broken. And the showers in side and the water jets didn’t work. Gym was very very small and very poor.
