Great location Very small beds and small room
-
Great location! Front desk staff was very friendly!
-
The location was close to 2 different Metro stations. There were many nearby places to eat, making it convenient to find a dinner spot. The hotel included breakfast with many choices, which was a good feature. It was very walkable to many key places: the Louvre, Notre-Dame, d’Orsay Museum, & the Seine River. The rooms & baths were very small, but it was OK for me with my granddaughter. The rooms were pretty close together also.

I like very much location

The property was good. It was clean. Vintage style. The room is small but cozy. Definitely good space for 1 or 2 people. Its tucked away. Feels like it in a dark alley kinda vibe. But not bad at all.

Proximity was great Upon arrival the desk manager wasn’t very friendly. The other staff at the desk later on we very friendly The floor tiles in bathroom were coming loose!
-
Excellent

The staff were all very friendly and courteous. That made the stay quite pleasant. The room was very clean and efficient. The only thing that comes to mind is the bathroom fixtures; they could use a little maintenance.
-
Great location. Close to Louvre, Seine, Le Marais and La Rive Gauche.
-
Location was good. Walking distance to the Louvre, which was my objective. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was cramped and it had a strange layout.
-
Room was good. Small and tight but functional. The front desk team was good and helpful. Location is really great near the transit hub at Chatelet and the Louvre. Hotel was fine. Had no complaints under the circumstances.
-
The room was on the small side, but the separate WC (with its own sink) from the shower room makes it convenient
-
Location, price, staff The sheets weren’t very clean, they had some yellow stains

Location of the hotel was the best part. equally close to 2 metro stations. Walking distance from Louvre, Notre Dame etc. Saved us a lot of time. Lifts. The staff was kind enough to let us use the kitchen during midnight hours. Rooms were clean. Good food options on the street, especially the bakery, helped us save a lot of time. Room name was SUPERIOR COMFORT Double Room – City View.. but the room definitely didnt seem double room. the city view was only confined to the street and the front view blocked by the buildings on the opposite side of the road. the experience was good but the room was more like a single room with a double bed.
-
Comfortable bed. Clean room. Very helpful staff. Convenient location. Room was way too small. No space to open luggage. Shower in family suite had no curtain.
-
location, breakfast My biggest issue with this hotel is the blow dryers. They are terrible. I like the location and this is the third time I have stayed here so I just bought a blow dryer.
-
Location is good but the room needs some renovation. Few gadgets are broken or not in working order As we say the room need to be taken good care or a renovation
-
Terrific location, close to the Chatelet Les Halles and Chatelet train stations, the Seine River, Louve, Notre Dame and more. Many very good food and drink options within a 1 minute walk. Very friendly and efficient English speaking staff. Air conditioned rooms and ensuite bathrooms. Tiny rooms that are par for the course in most hotels of this standard.....but as long as you're expecting this it's not too much of a problem. And besides, that just makes you want to spend more time in the local establishments rather than in your room.

Terrific location, close to the Chatelet Les Halles train station and many of the tourist attractions in Paris. Air conditioned rooms, modern bathrooms. Friendly front desk staff with good English. Some great nearby brasseries and bistros. Typical small European hotel rooms that struggle to accommodate 2 x suitcases i.e. one each.

Location, had air conditioning Value for money was not reflected in the price, room was small and nor enough space to lay out a large case
