La locación y atención del staff Techo de la habitación muy bajo, lo que hizo incómodo el tránsito. La habitación no estaba totalmente limpia, el piso tenía polvo. No hubo servicio de limpieza de habitación (cambio de sábanas y toallas de baño, reposición de papel higiénico). El desayuno fue bastante malo, apenas un pan, mantequilla y mermelada.

+ This is the best location you can imagine. Extremely safe area for single female traveller and you staying next to the Louvre. You can just walk to all beautiful places of Paris, no bus/car required. + Absolutely adorable, kindly, friendly stuff. They did all the best to make stay comfy and helped with all requests. Those people deserve all the best and I hope their business will just grow. + Comfortable bed. I really slept well although my back is always killing me. + Hotel is safe for single ladies. Any single time I was not worrying of own security. + Around the corner you can find fantastic bakery wit very affordable prices and great tastes. 1. It is not clean place unfortunately. Someone’s hair everywhere. Honestly I even don’t wanna think of this. 2. Tiny tiny bathroom and NO ELEVATOR. For me it’s not a minus, but it’s may be critical for old people. 3. Not fresh or brand new restoration. Room is old. !!!Honestly, this is just not important details. Location and fantastic and people who are working in this place easily covers all the minuses.

The shower room was very small

I didn't know it was a walk up and my room was on the 4rth floor, so that got exhausting quickly, but I'm sure that was in their description and I just overlooked it. The shower was incredibly small too, difficult to not make a mess.

Filthy dirty great staff

Very good price-to-quality ratio. A place to sleep for reasonable price in a good location and friendly staff.

The location is excellent as it is close to Les Halles and within walking distance of Notre Dame, the church of saint eustache, and the Centre Pompidou No problems

Based on other reviews, I already expected that the hotel might not be the best and that it was old. However, I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and booked it mainly for its convenient location near the Louvre and several restaurants. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, but even their service could not make up for the hotel’s poor condition. The hotel was poorly maintained. Trash bins were emptied daily, but the room was never cleaned — no vacuuming, no sweeping. The bathroom had a strong sewer odor from the sink and shower drain, which spread into the room whenever the bathroom door was opened. We stayed five nights, and our sheets were never changed. I understand the building is old, but cleanliness of this standard is unacceptable.

The hotel did not provide value for money. The bathroom was tight; the room had a poor heating system, and was not clean. The entire environment was shabby, and did not meet international standards

The staff at Hotel du Pont Neuf were very kind, helpful, and had a good character. The location is excellent and convenient for exploring the city. However, the overall facilities were not as expected and not worth the amount we paid. Even basic amenities in the toilet were not provided, which was disappointing.

Location to museum du louvre There is no elevator and they gave us a room on 4th floor. No room service so can one carry 30 kgs . Went with my mother at age 68, requested that she cant walk to 4 th floor, still they did not consider it Cleanliness was so poor too. I have added pictures. Floor was dusty, paper bits were lying around. Towels provided were worn out also. More over there was no wifi as mentioned also. Telekom service did not work at all to call for any help. Bathroom is too small, you cannot move at all. I would not recommend for anyone travelling with big suitcases or older people or with kids

Despite these drawbacks, the hotel’s location is exceptional, providing convenient proximity to the Louvre Museum and other major attractions. Additionally, the hotel’s safety and tranquility are noteworthy. Initially, I believed I was the sole occupant of the building. However, as mentioned earlier, the aforementioned factors have altered this perception. Furthermore, the hotel’s closed location near Les Halles offers easy access to the metro system, facilitating transportation to various destinations. On a personal note, traveling alone it’s important that the hotel provides a sense of security, which I greatly appreciate. Regarding the staff, I must express my utmost gratitude for their exceptional helpfulness, informativeness, and cordiality. Lotfi and Aurelie, in particular, demonstrated remarkable disposition and dedication in their roles at the front desk. The quality of a hotel is directly proportional to the cost of the accommodation. In my opinion, the hotel could benefit from a few modest upgrades, such as cosmetic improvements in the bathrooms and the entrance. I was compelled to relocate to a higher floor due to the excessive noise emanating from the street. While closing the windows effectively mitigates the noise, the absence of air conditioning necessitates a constant compromise between tolerating street noise and the discomfort of air conditioning.

Location is excellent where you may walk to Seine River, Louver Museum, Notre Dame, Saint-Eustache, Saint Chepelle, and many other attractions in the areas. The smallest shower I've ever encountered in my life. Of course, there is no AC and the fan is broken or not working. After taking shower, the water cannot be drained easily. Tiny bathroom, old sink. You feel like staying in a third-world country.

Very noisy

The water took a solid 10 minutes to heat up in order to take a shower and the bathroom was just not up to the modern standards. There's no airconditionning in the room, and even though i was there mid-april, it was very warm even with an open window.
