The staff, location, breakfast and room all met or exceeded our expectations. It felt like our home for 5 nights. The elevator is a bit small in size but worked well. A/C was great and necessary.

Everything was very clean, modern and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was small (we expected this) and the shower stall was in the bedroom away from the toilet and sink. A bit inconvenient and unusual, but not a big problem.

Great location. Quiet. Close to multiple metro stops and restaurants.Loved walking in Jardin du Luxembourg. Good breakfast variety. Lift. AC. Small room. Small bathroom. Nice to have a shower not a tub. Bad smell possibly from shower drain. Mentioned to staff but it never really went away.

Good location very close to Luxembourg Gardens and could walk to Notre Dame Cathedral and the Seine. Comfortable room , exceptionally clean, and excellent breakfast. The staff were very accommodating and available 24/7. They arranged taxis for us and a fan during the heat wave- the air conditioning improved but was over taxed at first. The room was very quiet and neighborhood pleasant and not too noisy. The elevator is small and slow as in many older buildings of this type. we were very happy here and would stay here again. Lots of restaurants and pharmacies and shops close by. Elevator small. Air conditioning could be a little more powerful but we were in top floor during the heat wave. And with the fan they provided we were comfortable and slept really well every night.

Better air conditioning would have been nice but we were there during an exceptional heat wave and the hotel did have air conditioning that worked.

I enjoyed the balcony even though I couldn’t sit on it The a/c was locked so the room was hot, the tv was French and I was unable to change to English. I requested two beds. They put two beds next to each other.

Really helpful staff. Good location. Basic but high quality breakfast. Rooms are too small. I specifically asked for two separate beds, got a room with one bed that the hotel said they can separate it next day. TV not working. First night air conditioning not working.
