The room was very spacious, especially for Paris. Of course, it was a little outdated, but I expected that for the price, and in fairness, it had its own unique charm and style. The bed was big and comfortable, and the private bathroom, although simple, had plenty of hot water, all I need it. The location was excellent, very safe and right in the centre of Paris. The staff were also exceptionally nice and helpful. Everything was as expected. N/A

Conveniently located to central Paris. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Lovely lady manager who could not speak English however was polite and friendly. Steep stairs, run down bathroom.

It was a cute place in a great location! Very spacious and good for a short stay. Close to laundry facilities and supermarkets. Difficult to communicate with the owners, you have to leave your leave there everytime you leave which is a bit inconvenient. The bathroom needed a little tlc

Great location in front of the famous Stanislas college near Montparnasse. Metro just around the corner. Lovely lady at reception. Price really reasonable Comfort is rustic however expected with the price. No Air Conditioning, which could be an issue when very hot.
