The room was just fine, nothing more than that. It was indeed clean, but not pampering, and it didn't have a proper wardrobe. If I had seen the pictures of the room I actually received, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. There is no lobby, and the breakfast is very limited for someone like me who doesn't eat dairy.

The hotel elevator is barely working and there is no reception or breakfast area, its a small entrance with front desk and very expensive comparing to its services Entrance, elevator, rooms, bathroom drainage is not working, room get flooded

The rooms very very clean, spacious and the view was phenomenal. The location is perfect if you plan to shop, dine, and easy metro access anywhere you need to go just steps from the hotel. The area was extremely safe. Shower was a bit awkward as the floor slants down and the inside is not totally level.

Location was perfect especially for shoppers. Rooms are little smaller. Not worth booking rooms with balcony as too loud in the mornings. Too small to sit outdoors, can only stand outdoors.

Smoking prohibited even on the balcony which is beyond weird for Paris but ok. Also, the hall is very dark and its kind of hard to see where you're going.

Overall, this hotel delivers a perfect combination of excellent service, comfort, and quality. The location of the hotel perfectly suited our needs. The decor was obviously carefully thought out and attractive, if a bit stylized. The staff was cordial and went out of their way to be helpful. A bountiful breakfast buffet with many hot and cold choices was definitely worth the charge. The immediate neighborhood isn’t particularly charming, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Perfect location, lovely staff, and great room (e.g., size, cleanliness, lighting, products and view). Common areas were not as cleanly as the room (specifically the hallway carpets), the walls were also quite thin (we could hear our neighbors playing music and congregating in the hall) and the main road was unfortunately loud late Friday and Saturday night, making it difficult to sleep.

To be fair, the staff did offer to change my room, but I believe this is a general issue with the hotel's plumbing, not just a problem with one room. It completely ruined my stay. I couldn't relax or sleep properly during the 3 nights I was there. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room had a constant, awful sewage smell coming from the bathroom sink — it was unbearable. The stench was so strong that it made me feel sick every single day of my 3-night stay. I couldn't relax or sleep properly, and it completely ruined my trip. I would never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking this place.
