Spacious room with big balcony. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Good breakfast with option of fresh pot of coffee. Reception staff were lovely and no problem with English. Close to everything. Lovely view of Eiffel Tower from balcony Nothing

Breakfast was excellent. It was a buffet and included a wide selection of items to eat. They also provided a container of coffee which was wonderful as I could keep refilling my cup. This has nothing to do with the hotel but there was a huge crane outside which blocked the view of the Eiffel tower. Again, nothing about the hotel but with folks paying a lot for that room that might upset them. We just rolled with it.

Our booking was confirmed but ended up with NO RESERVATIONS for 5 nights. Management said their system was compromised. They gave us a list of nearby hotels so we can find another hotel. We got lucky to find one. Disappointing and Scary experience. We just arrived from Canada with No hotel room.

Perfect, high class hotel- excellent service by all staff, pleasant room ( ours with view of the Eiffel) & generous breakfast. Special requests met with outmost consideration.

Convenient and available on my travel date. Breakfast was really good. Macarons as a welcome token is a nice touch. Dirty towels on arrival. Hotel quick to rectify. Price advertised was not what I paid, it was much higher than original advertised rate. Staff claimed I had worked with their intern which resulted in miscommunication.

When we arrived Booking had been hacked and we had NO RESERVATION. 11:00 pm Rainy Paris and they dot have a single room available. The concierge was very kind and helpful finding a hotel nearby so we had a place to sleep that night. Next day we found a hotel a made a reservation through their page. Never had a problem with Booking before but now I’m afraid of making the reservations here
