Clean location and staff are just fantastic

Everything was amazing, really clean and well maintained.

The staff were all so friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel also has a lovely happy hour everyday for the guests and it was such a special add on. We traveled in June when the temperatures were heating up and the rooms can get quite hot (this is not unusual for Paris architecture though as there are limitations to air conditioning)

bed was comfy and room super clean.

I liked the very kind reception staff who welcomed us when our rental flat developed a ceiling leak and we were forced to evacuate. The hotel has some lovely lounges to sit in. Water and snacks available. The room is small but clean and well lit. Near several metro lines and buses. Lots of restos and cafes nearby. Too expensive.

The hotel is a small, charming boutique hotel. The staff are very warm and friendly. The location is excellent- you are a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants in any direction, a few minutes walk from nearest metro station and there is a very charming neighborhood about a 10 minute walk away with lots of shops and restaurants. The beds were incredibly comfortable! The room size is small which is to be expected in Paris, but because the property is an eco-friendly one- which is great- there are very few frills, meaning no hand lotion, shower cap, extra soap bars etc in the room. Given the price paid per night, at least for the triple room, I would expect a few more amenities. Having said that, its a great little hotel.

We loved the location. It was close to nice restaurants with good ambience. The staff were very friendly, especially Romain. We would definitely stay there again the next time we visit Paris.

Staff very friendly. Expensive

Great location—very convenient for public transportation, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It offers good value for money: the room is stylish, well-equipped, and has everything you need. The bed is also very comfortable. The bathroom sliding door is not very practical, especially with the mirror on it—it’s difficult to use. Sound insulation could be improved: during the first two nights, there was noticeable noise from upstairs late at night. However, the staff responded quickly and helped resolve the issue.

I love the location! Very easy to access the metro and getting around.

Breakfast was impeccable with plenty of selection. Close to the Montparnasse train station. Beds were very comfortable and rooms air conditioned. I loved everything with this place. Just be aware that elevators are small, but sufficient to carry 2 passengers with full luggages.

The location and staff were outstanding. We had excellent communication about our needs prior to our visit with quick response. It was not necessarily a dislike, but an inconvenience more or less. Our trip was over New Years so the weather was cold. The room was warm due to the heat being on with no way to turn it off. We did open the window which helped immensely

The location is perfect. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Roman was great and gave us amazing recommendations. All the staff are delightful.

Close to the metro station and lots of nice restaurants.

It was very chic and the staff was exceptional. We had a lot of last minute questions and requests, and the handled them perfectly. As two women travelers, we felt uncomfortable when we had to wait for someone to answer the door for several minutes. It was only 11 but it felt a bit unsafe.
