location is good you will hear the trains every 15 min all night, if you’re not a light sleeper then its ok

Clean, excellent location, comfortable, modern and fully furnished kitchenette Located on top of a metro station, it shakes a bit. I slept well with ear plugs

Hard to find the heater controls. Cumbersome with all the codes to get in

Luckily it rained frm 7am.....big noise when it rains

Great location, close to metro stations, restaurants, shops and public parking at Gare Montparnasse. Studio is tiny, but perfectly functional. Bed was very good. Metro line goes directly below the building. We were warned about it by the property. The rumble can be heard, but it is really not a problem, you hear it a couple of times, then it becomes part of the landscape.

The apartment was perfect! It was small, but had everything we needed. I must mention that I received a message from the property on the second night of our stay asking if we wanted our towels changed. The location is perfect! Three metro lines connect near the apartment, making it very convenient to go anywhere. I felt very safe in this neighborhood. The metro is very loud, it didn't bother us, but it could be a dealbreaker for someone else.

The room is amazing—very comfortable and clean. It is equipped with everything necessary, including a fridge, microwave, scissors, corkscrew, and cutlery. It is just a 3-minute walk from the metro station and a 30-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. The building is located above a metro line, so you can hear and feel every passing train.

Good position well linked with public transportation, less than 30 min by foot from main city attractions which allowed me to enjoy the city without relying too much on metro and busses. I could hear the train really loud from my room, not a particular problem for me, but could be a problem to people with light Sleep or for who wants to enjoy some silence and relax in the room. Also the room was quite small and the building not the most welcoming.

The location is great, right next to the Montparnasse tower. A few minutes from the accommodation there is a Metro station, many restaurants, cafes and bakeries.

The apartment is retro style, it's small, but everything is there. There are bus and metro stations nearby, as well as cafes and restaurants. The only thing that is not good in the bathroom is that the shower cabin does not have a partition

It was clean. It was close the train station. The bed was extremely hard, and quite small. The entrance procedures were a bit strange, as this is not really a hotel in the usual sense. Some communication to the host was never answered, and some didn't make sense (suggesting for example, that they could bring us breakfast... But then with no specifics or follow-up... Having seen the place, the idea of someone arriving with a tray of food seems beyond bizarre. Also, there was some sort of nightclub below with loud music until 2am. The bathroom, though clean, had a musty smell.

I liked the bed as the mattress was on the harder side. I did not like the 4 different coded doors to reach the room. I did not like how difficult it was to locate and use the radiator. I did not like how the advert stated toaster and fridge. There was no toaster and the fridge was broken. The apartment then became a hotel as I couldn't cook without a fridge.

The location is very convenient. But this is it. Lets see, I rarely post reviews. but this one had it coming: I contacted the facility 4+ times each day using Booking.com messaging services, then using WhatsApp: First day about heater immediately upon the arrival as I could not locate. The facility got back to me next day, after staying in freezing cold. Next day, no cleaning. I messaged them that I would like my towels changed, I was told NEXT DAY, that it will happen the day after (4th day). Which did not. So I sent another message. This time I sent a whatsapp message as well. They do not even try to read and understand the messages. The bottom line: my towels got changed ONE TIME, on the 5th day of my stay!

It's very cosy but has everything ! They left a little packet of " post it " notes , how nice ! Good value as a place to stay. Good hot shower. Would like 2 pillows per person, but that's the same with a lot of hotels. Yes you can hear the Metro below ground but that stops midnight/ 1am . I'm sure they will get around to shortening the new ?? curtains.

Clean, comfortable room. Nice shower room & kitchenette with plug in hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine & kettle. Very close to the station, 5 minutes easy walk. Lots of bars/shops nearby. Situated on a busy street, the noisy traffic can be heard until it quietens late at night. Train noise too but that can't be helped and it didn't stop me sleeping

The room is above the metro so every ten to twenty seconds the whole room shakes and vibrates and it's very loud as if the train is in your room. Good luck sleeping with that sound especially if you are there for work. My sheets were also very dirty and full of hair from others. I also asked for a receipt for my breakfast and they kept sending an automated response asking for my email. I provided it a thousand times and they would still respond that we need your email. Frustration seriously

Its a nice little appartment, close to metro station and many notable places. It was clean and had everything which was needed for short stay. The entrance to the building and appartment was via a coding system, the codes and details were sent before arrival and though it seemed difficult when I saw this but infact it is easy if you follow their instructions properly. Their is no reception on site but their staff is available online 24/7 and very helpful. They offered to come in case of any trouble or help needed. Fan is available and very convenient as I could not open the window and would have suffocated if fan was not available. Sufficient lights and light bulbs, very handy fan and light control with remote control. Charging switch for phone near bed was very useful with a small tray to put your phone or remote on it. Kichenette area has sufficent cutlery, stove, wash basin and small refrigerator. Wardrobe and small iron was very helpful. Bathroom was small but had enough supply. The bed is not so comfortable, its hard and small. Bed is not ok for a tall or chubby person, it is difficult to fit in. Pillow is useless, it definitely needs improvement. I could not sleep well because of small bed and particularly the pillow. Window was hard and could not open it. TV was provided but with limited channels and that too in french. The noise and vibration from subways at night is a bit of disturbance.
