This was a last minute booking for a single night because of missed rail connections out of Montparnasse. It was the last room available in the area and the price I paid was 225€. The positive points were the location of the hotel being within walking distance of Montparnasse station and the quality of the room air conditioning. There is no way this hotel can be described as 3-star. I was on the first floor. The room was a single with a single bed. Only one small pillow provided. No duvet either, just a sheet with a woolen blanket. The walls between the rooms and corridors are paper thin and so everyone else's conversations could be clearly heard. As mentioned in other reviews, the Metro line obviously runs directly alongside or underneath the hotel and so literally every few minutes there were loud vibrating rumblings throughout the entire building making it very difficult to sleep. Whilst I didn't book for the view from the room, the attached picture shows what it was!
