Great location; comfortable room; good air conditioning

Location is good, but nothing special. Comfortable bed. Awful room, very depressing. They clearly gave us a lower-category room, but we decided not to complain because the staff there are rather rude and unpleasant. No decorations; dirty walls and glasses; bathrobes and slippers were XL only, not two sizes; no towel dryer. Never come back. Чулан, а не комната — дали нам более низкую категорию номера. Clean and modern room, walk-in shower and air conditioning. Wonderful pillows. Smoothest elevator ride in my life. Bar and breakfast area is beautiful. Staff is very welcoming and were very responsive and helpful in modifying our stay. The hotel is located in a fantastic area with hundreds of small restaurants, bistros and cafe's. This area also has tons of small shops to cater to your any shopping whim. No chains here. The subway station and a great boulangerie is just around the corner (and across the street). One of my favorite hotels. Absolutely nothing. Great value for money. Don's ask me to write another sentence, because there is nothing more to write.

Everything was at or above expectations. Great experience, great friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very good Breakfast and good bar tender. Good location, quiet but close to lots of good shopping and restaurants.

Air conditioner was not extremely cold.

Beds were very comfy

My reservation was clear, booking a King Suite, described as one queen bed and two twins. Upon arrival, there was much confusion, and we had adjoining rooms, not a suite, and both had a single bed. Several hours later, we found it was possible to have one bed split into two twins, so that worked out well, but the rooms were tiny, and nothing resembling a suite.

Lovely hotel in an excellent neighborhood. Shops, good restaurants and the metro. Walk to all important locations. All good

Breakfast is always so wonderful and the staff are friendly.

The location is good We had the delux room which was very small. More like a small attic room. The windows were up on the ceiling it has these remote controlled blinds from the outside of the window. We would close it completely at night because otherwise it’s bright in the morning since the windows are up on the ceilings. Felt like a coffin after you closed the window blinds. The lighting is also very dark. We had to remove the lamp shade cover to make the room brighter. For a four star hotel it’s very uncomfortable. I stayed at a 3 star hotel not far from here. Also an old building but the rooms are much bigger and actually nicer. Better priced too.

The room was a little small. Breakfast was just okay.

Facilities and Staff were all exemplary.

Very comfortable bed, great location close to Le Bon Marche, Luxembourg garden and museum, and Montparnasse station and metros. Spacious room with small fridge and kettle. Disappointing cocktail. Better breakfast options outside the hotel.

Very nice and calm location, staff were nice we stayed only for 1 night however it was very good.

Restaurant was closed.

The room size was a bit smaller than my expectations and the lighting was weak.

The room was dismal. No color. Unexceptional.
