I desperately needed respite from the heat. My room was cool without a/c. I tested the a/c after spending a day out and it worked perfectly. The hotel is close to two metro stations, too.

Everything was excellent and Mr Michel was a top host! Very helpful when we needed guidance or help! I could also mention location, it is very close to metro station which was extremely helpful for us.

The staff were so friendly on arrival and every time we left the hotel and returned. The room was spacious, extremely clean, AC worked really well which was ideal due to the heatwave, water pressure was really good. Nice safe area too with lovely surrounding bars and bakeries!! Only one down side and that’s me being extremely picky was that there was no full length mirror but not a huge issue at all!!

It had pretty much everything you needed - from essentials, like a quiet room, to extras like a personal Nespresso machine. The staff was beyond helpful and always a pleasure to see. The size of the room was perfect and the closet space was well organized. During the night, there was an occasional beeping alarm in the hallway that needed to be turned off by staff.

Rooms were very clean with friendly and attentive staff. Air conditioning was effective and room comfortable during heat wave that Paris was experiencing when we visited. The room and bathroom were small - probably expected for where in Paris we were staying - still worth being aware of when booking.

This is hospitality done right. Incredible staff, great great great room (for Paris standards) and in a very nice neighborhood as well. The housekeeping was exceptional, but the FO is the highlight. I worked in a 5* hotel FO and this staff is even better. I’ve never seen them not smile, not rushing anything and just making every guest seen.
