Hôtel Sanso by HappyCulture (Ex Quality Bercy Bibliotèque)

The rooms were spacious. It was very family friendly with rooms for 3 people. Staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. I will definitely consider this hotel in the future. Highly recommended for cyclists.

It wasn't bad

While we were there the lift wasn’t working, we were on the 5th floor. My mom is old and had to climb the stairs few times. When we checked-in, my room was very dusty, ants in the room, behind the bed there was a lot of dust. We called the reception and the hsk team came up, they reacted as it wasn’t a big deal, they vacuumed it a bit but we didn’t see a big difference. While getting room service throughout the stay, the room didn’t get vacuumed and we had again to ask hsk to pass by.

Great hotel by Happyculture team - in east of Paris central to metro and the park. The bathroom is small and in need of a renovation.

We had a very good experience: location close to metro station, spacious room with airco, friendly staff. We enjoyed tea and cake in the reception area every afternoon:) I highly recommend this hotel Almost nothing, there was some mold in the bathroom but I guess there is no time to deep clean in between

Bathroom was smelling

They were supportive and helpful. The rooms is good to stay.

Location is good, next to station . The cleaning service is very bad, there were almost not cleaning the room at all , dust is everywhere. Also the room painting is very old and toilet is extremely small. We have been taken quadruple room and each day of the 5 nights we have been asking for additional towels everyday . We were 4 people and they were putting two towels everyday.

It was an amazing location with 24 hour reception. The staff were so kind and helpful, and they offered many complimentary snacks and drinks. Everything was great!

Shortly after checking in and entering our room, we noticed that the air conditioner was extremely noisy and not functioning properly. We reported the issue to the reception, but were told that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available. We were offered a room at a partner hotel, but it was located quite far away. The next morning, we had to explain the situation again because the overnight staff had not properly communicated the issue to the morning shift. Fortunately, we had a video showing the problem with the air conditioner. After several discussions, we decided to request a refund. Although it was initially declined, despite being told the night before that a refund would be possible due to the room issue, the hotel eventually approved our refund request. One additional note: the hotel corridors had an unpleasant smell. I believe the hotel should pay more attention to cleanliness and maintenance in the common areas.
