Everything about this place was terrible and not at all as it is pictured. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We checked out immediately upon arriving and complained to the hotel and booking.com. The hotel does not have any employees that work there, the front desk is empty, and they do not respond to any phone calls!! They refuse to accept how terrible their place is and won’t issue a refund claiming I didn’t cancel but there was no one there to cancel with!! Save yourself some sanity and DO NOT STAY HERE NOT AS PICTURED AT ALL: there is not separated bathroom from the room, the toilet is genuinely a foot away from the bed with NO DOOR TO IT and same situation with the shower on the other side of the room!! Extremely unhygienic and just imagine this on top of a heat wave and NO AC in the room. To add to this there were NO POWER OUTLETS—the only one was being used by a fan to help during the heat wave. SPOILER ALERT THE FAN WAS BARELY FUNCTIONING. So on top of being drenched in sweat, we couldn’t use the bathroom or charge our phones ! And to top it off as we were leaving this god awful prison of a hotel we saw cockroaches inside! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Location was great for my needs. Room was clean, large and well equipped. No staff around but all well organized. It's always nice to talk to humans... so it'd have been an added value. No breakfast available. Neighbors very loud.

The only thing that I did not like was the toilet did not have a door nor did the shower, therefore when you showered with hot water the room would get very hot & stuffy, we had to open a window.

Great location, clean and tidy, modern furnishings, easy access, great communication from hotel, brilliant having the use of the lockers for luggage and tea/coffee making facilities before or after your stay.

The room was clean and efficient for its small size. Good location and good details for self check in. Its a VERY slim staircase with no elevator. Very difficult to do with suitcases. No door for the toilet!! I rated low for quiet because I could hear everything in the room next to us.

nothing We went to Disneyland and, before we left, my wife took off her earrings and placed them on the table. When we returned to the hotel, the earrings were gone, and the staff refused to take responsibility. The hotel has five floors with no elevator, and the stairs are dangerous and not up to standard.And we saw two big cockroaches.

In the heart of the Marais. It has great lockers downstairs so you can leave your luggage if you come early or have to leave later. Staff was friendly and the check in process was smooth. The rooms are fine. Tiny but that’s what we expected. Good rain shower. The room was on a fifth floor with no elevator. We didn’t realize it so going up five flights of narrow stairs with luggage and two children was tough. Once you get to your room you better not want to come down because it’s a trek.

Location NO A/C . Fan was broken. Did not replace until the next day . Only one tiny trash can . Room was not ready on arrival (after check in time ). No wash cloths . Room was very very HOT.

Amazing location and easy to access even though it’s digital entry and no staff on site. Everything was clean and comfortable. There’s a basement with espresso maker and hot water for tea, as well as washing machine and microwave. This makes up for there being no coffee maker in the room! No hot water kettle in the room, you need to go to the basement common room for coffee. No parking. There’s also no lift, and the stairs are very steep!

I would have preferred staying at a real hotel, with some level of service.

No elevators and we were 3 girls with luggage’s. It was fine though! We made the best of it and got our workout in.
