The rooms are spacious everything was well designed and thought through I think their late night menu is limited and not catered for late night snacking especially in a city like Paris where usually restaurants close early you need to have a better menu and FRIES!

Management could have been more accommodating on a mixup in reservations dates. It helped a bit but I expected more accommodation.
-
the lights system in the room was difficult to operate, mice in the lobby and reataurant areas

Amazing staff, good location, cool decor Just the wrong price. You can't charge over 700 EUR and not include breakfast. Room is quite small for that price, spa is tiny, no gym, was an annoying canopy making noise against my window. Can't really have all that at this price.

Modern quiet rooms with lot of room by Paris standards. Great location in Marais Nothing

Location, large rooms, very clean and ample space Everything was wonderful including the bar and restaurant

Location, Style, Amenities, Staff & Lobby Bar. The Hammam was not maintained as in my precious visit, and had to be prepared by requested.

The hotel was outstanding. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was bigger than expected and very stylish. The neighborhood was very laid back. We ate most meals locally at the cafes. I would 100% recommend the hotel. We will definitely stay here when we return. Honestly, we have no meaningful criticisms.

Great location This was my second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately this time it was disappointing. The bathroom is small and uncomfortable, more suitable for a three-star hotel, and it was also not very clean. Housekeeping was poorly managed. On the first day we were told the delay was a mistake. The next morning we left the key and specifically asked for the room to be cleaned in the morning, not the afternoon. However, housekeeping only arrived at 3:30 PM. Since we were in the room, we asked again at 5:30 PM for the room to be serviced.

The hotel vibe is gloomy and dark. The elevator dark, and the rooms are very dark and gloomy not enough light to get dressed or do my makeup at all the bathroom doesn't have any where to put your personal items . The breakfast also was very simple and not alot of options Disappointed.

The room and size of the room was great. The bathroom was amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect. Staff was so helpful and friendly. I didn’t like having to wait to be buzzed into the door late at night. We had to wait for a while one night after dinner to be let into the hotel.

Great location Staff manner rude and just weird, ridiculous lighting design in rooms - impossible to work out. Over designed and underwhelming. No turn down service and just bizarre staffing - not sure if they’re not trained or just so fashionable they’ve forgotten what the job is. This is a five star hotel with five star pricing and two star service. Won’t be back.

Staff were problem solvers attentive always trying to please. The cleannes of the common areas wasnt a priority. Although very attentive and eager staff could be more experienced.

We are huge fans of small boutique hotels in any city we travel to. This now tops our list for places to stay in Paris replacing our previous favorite in Montmartre. Looking forward to our next vist and stay ... ?

The interior design is impeccable: the exterior, the lobby, the restaurant, the elevators, the hallways, the stairs, the hammam, and the room itself were so harmoniously integrated. The room also had lots of unique touches that made it feel like you were staying in someone’s (very stylish) apartment. The location is on a fairly quiet block, but within walking distance of all sorts of eating and shopping. The service at breakfast and in general was a bit lackadaisical. One time I called down for ice twice and nobody brought any. The lighting in the room, while incredibly tasteful, was also quite dim and there was no way to adjust it with the simple yet complex button system.
-
The style, the features in our room (music all around, huge bathroom with walk in rain shower, the staff, the neighborhood The lighting in the room (too dark even on “daylight”, the toilet didn’t flush well

Very friendly staff. We liked the haman.

The walls on the corridor to the rooms is in black!

Spacious and good location Dear Booking.com Customer Support, I am writing to formally request assistance regarding a deeply unsatisfactory stay at the Experimental Hotel in the Marais, Paris, booked through Booking.com for the nights of Thursday–Saturday (check-out Sunday). The total cost for the three nights was nearly $2,000, which makes the issues we experienced all the more disappointing. Despite the property’s premium positioning and price point, our room had multiple, cascading service failures from the moment we arrived—many of which the hotel either could not resolve or did not handle appropriately. These issues materially impacted the quality of our stay. Below is a clear account of the problems encountered: ⸻ 1. In-room Equipment Not Functioning (Turntable, Speakers) At check-in late Thursday evening, the front-desk staff member personally attempted to demonstrate the turntable in our room, only to discover it did not work. He acknowledged the issue and indicated it would be addressed the following day. It never was. Additionally, the room’s speakers did not work for the entire duration of our stay. A major reason we selected this hotel—at this price point—was for the full “boutique-luxury” experience these amenities were meant to provide. Neither issue was resolved at any point during our stay. ⸻ 2. No Wi-Fi Information Provided & Non-Functional In-Room Phone Upon entering the room, we noticed the Wi-Fi information card was missing. When we attempted to call the front desk for support, the in-room phone did not work. We tried repeatedly. Eventually, a staff member came upstairs because he was receiving alerts that we were trying to contact the desk—just not through the phone itself. He then had to return downstairs to retrieve the Wi-Fi information and walk it back up to us. By this point, it was close to midnight. Not having a working room phone meant we had no way to contact staff for any issue, including room service or assistance.
