Location and staff Humidity, not super clean and a bad value for the money

Hotel internet was out during entire 3-night stay. Use of internet is critical when visiting a foreign city. One morning the elevator was not working, which was difficult since we were on the top floor.

The location was decent and it was clean The room and the space is much smaller than it appears when booking. Even more the mattress we stayed in was damaged and there was no fridge in the room.

Staff, breakfast, location and cleanliness There was no AC but I guess it’s common in Paris and a bit noisy if you sleep windows open

I really like the location/neighborhood of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and respectful. They also came everyday to clean the room and replace all of the towels and toiletries. I did not like how small the room was. We did not have enough space to keep our luggage open and walk around the room. We only had 2 small carry on size luggage and there still was not enough space in the room. The shower was very small so if you are big in size, this hotel might not be for you.

Location was good. When I arrived at the property the person working the desk, the very first thing he said to me was “You can’t check-in until 3” I said yes I know it is 12:30 but you could at least greet me ensure my reservation offer to take my luggage in storage and offer suggestion of where I might use the facilities. After all I did not just commute from across town. I was in an international flight. That just put me in a bad mood going forward for the entire stay. The one elevator servicing 6 floors at a snail pace was ridiculous for the money they asked for a room which I could barely shower in because the sink and the toilet was so close to each other. And hardly any clothes storage space. Also he did not explain anything about the property so as I can in one night a little after midnight the place was dark and I fumbled around to gain entrance to the hotel. Which he could have managed by explaining there is not always someone at the desk 24/7.

The bathroom did not have a functional ventilation system.

Next time I'd like to get a better view from the window.

The location is great, it is in a safe clean area with allot of charming cafe’s and good restaurants just in walking distance as well as historic sights. The staff was very nice and accommodating. My only issue with the hotel is it is rather costly which is to be expected from Paris however, given the price the cleaning of the rooms was not on par. The cleaners would never make the bed and hardly clean the room, they would only clean the bathroom.

The hotel was in a great location. The room was too small. There was only one plug point in the room. There was a small space around the bed to walk and no space to place bags. The bathroom was very tiny.

Despite the fact that the room is small, everything is good. Very good breakfast, perfect location with metro nearby. It was very hot in the room, a very small shower cabin.
-
Good location Sheets, bed and towels were dirty The rooms and the bathroom were extremely small The shower is really narrow I couldn’t communicate easily with the staff members because they can’t speak English.
-

Location was convenient with easy access to metro as well as buses The room was too tiny, and so was the lift. Max 2 people can ride at a time with one bag each
