Staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel was well appointed with all the facilities we needed. cleanliness was good. I think the price was a little expensive for the size of the rooms, but I understand this is Paris in tourist season, so... there were only 2 issues really. 1: my double room was very cramped for myself and my wife. our childrens room was much bigger 2: the coffee was terrible!

The staff. They were kind they were warm. They seem to be enjoying their jobs and they were very welcoming. They made an error and when we arrived, they had given our room a twin room to somebody else and I had to fight at the reception and then they offered us two rooms for the duration. Sound above and below is bad and you can hear people walking above your head the whole time it’s in a slightly dodgy area with tent city of homeless people all around it so you have to be on your guard.
