Overall a nice stay. No notes.

Love this place and their rooms are great. No lift but staff always offer to help you up with cases. They leave sweets every night in rooms. Great AC which was needed. Breakfast is delicious . Maybe slightly pricey but they do offer fresh juice. It was very busy when staying here in restaurant but and was very difficult to get served by restaurant staff if just wanting a glass of wine. Suggestion could be to have an area or way for hotel guests to order without having to stand in restaurant trying to get attention? But can’t wait to stay here again

The room was beautifully designed and appointed. In room coffee service (with wonderful treats) were replenished each day. Fridge, air-conditioning and scale all worked beautifully.

Very friendly staff, complementary bottled water, comfy beds and top location, close to canal St Martin, with lots of cosy bars and restaurants and nature and close to Gare de l’Est Nothing I can think of

It had a friendly vibe and so welcoming Nothing

The suite that could fit our family of four with ample space, the customer service pre arrival, the hotel staff, the location by the canal, the free drink for my birthday. Nothing, everything was great

We had an absolutely perfect stay. The hotel is easily walkable from both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, but there are also Metro and bus stops nearby. Despite the proximity to these areas, the hotel itself is on a very quiet street. We never experienced any issues with noise at all during our stay. The check-in process was really smooth, and we were given a really warm welcome by the reception staff, who also spoke perfect English. The room itself was absolutely immaculate, and much larger than I was expecting as Paris hotels are generally known for having small rooms. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very modern and had everything we needed. We were also able to help ourselves to as much bottled water as we liked from reception, which was very welcome as Paris was in the middle of a heatwave during our visit. The air conditioning in the room was brilliant, as it meant we could easily escape the heat and get a good sleep at night. Sadly we were only there for two nights but the room would have been perfect for a longer stay too. Our schedule meant that we never got to eat in the restaurant downstairs but it always appeared to be a popular choice and the food looked great. On checkout we were able to leave our suitcases at the hotel, which was really helpful as our return train had been delayed by five hours, so this meant we were able to spend another day exploring the sights of Paris and not have to carry our bags with us. For the price we paid this was an absolutely fantastic hotel and stay. If I'm visiting Paris again in future, this will definitely be the first place I look at when booking a hotel. It's worth being aware that there is no lift at the hotel. Our room was on the third floor so there were a few stairs to contend with - not a problem for us, but definitely could be a problem for older guests or those with mobility issues. The hotel staff did offer to carry our cases to the room though.

The location was fantastic, the staff were great, and the room was comfy. The shower wasn't the cleanest.

+ Lovely Staff + Nice Rooms and facilities + great restaurant - Location is close to gare de l‘est and gare de norde, which is convenient but might not be exactly recommended for (female) solo-travellers at night. - Air conditioner made loud noises every now and then.

Chambre agréable, propre avec grande salle de bain. La localisation était parfaite et le personnel était super accueillant et sympathique. RAS
