It was very quiet The room floor was not vacuumed or cleaned on a daily basis

It was in a very dirty area, and we got hasseled a lot by people near the Metro entrance and exits.

No comment The hotel only informed us that there was no elevator after we had already made the reservation. They assured us that staff would be available to help carry our luggage when we checked in. However, when we arrived at around 7:00 PM, we were told that the staff had already left. We had no choice but to carry all of our luggage up to the 6th floor by ourselves. To make matters worse, we were staying for five nights, which meant carrying our luggage up and down six flights of stairs was extremely exhausting. If luggage assistance is only available during certain hours, this should be clearly communicated before guests make a reservation. We booked this hotel based on the promise that staff would help with our luggage, but that promise was not fulfilled. This was a very disappointing experience and something future guests should be aware of.

Location was good The lift was broken for our whole stay and we were put on the 6th and 7th floor

You should expect tiny spaces in Paris unless you are very rich, and this is not much of an exception, so well within expectations. I would say it comfortably meets expectations and the cleanliness really sells it for me personally. The neighborhood is not the BEST, but did not really feel very unsafe; but I would be cautious.

The room is literally a tight squeeze. My wife and I couldn't find a place to open our luggage which had to stay closed. On our first day, we had to switch rooms 4 times (Literally!). Each time we had to re-pack all our stuff, carry our heavy bags again, make sure we didn't forget anything. My wife was pregnant and we had our toddler with us which made this hell. We lost a whole day in Paris because of this. In each room, there was something that we had to change the room for. The air conditioner was not working and Paris was under a heat wave and the air was absolutely not breathable. The receptionist was extremely aggressive and accused us of the ones being to blame when we complained that changing rooms 4 times in one day doesn't make sense?! We eventually had to leave the hotel, change the hotel and start searching for a reasonable hotel for the rest of our stay all over, and refunded the whole stay. It was absolutely horrendous!

The shower was clogged and would take 30 min to drain after a 2 min shower. There was also no warm/hot water in the shower and when asked hotel staff about it they just said this is how it is that there is no hot water in the morning and that you should shower at night instead and they can’t help otherwise…

That it was close to everything The bathroom drained was clogged, it stinks, AC wasn’t working and the room was very small

Close to metro and places to eat. Location was sketchy. I got tricked at the laundromat across the street and I was lucky that only $10 was taken from me.

Close to metro, decent room cleanliness Broken elevator and got room on the 7th floor First got given a room on the 3 rd floor and had to move to 7th floor at 1 am because of broken heating. New room wasnt much better at heating either. Horrible staff at night
