I did not like it. It was not worth the money I paid. Very dissappointed Hot room. They gave us a fan that was very dirty. They do not have coffee machine in the rooms. Bathroom extremely small

Although our room was classified as a "superior double room with sofa bed," the bed area was very cramped. The bathroom was also very small and cramped.

Rooms and toilets very tiny also no water provided in the room I understand that the hotel want to reduce the environmental foot print but at least provide only for the first day I arrived late and supermarkets were closed to buy water

we were so disappointed with the room, it was so small for family of 3( 2 adults and 9 months baby), the bathroom room super small but clean. For one person is good but not even for 2 people. The only thing we loved about the room, is the view of the tower from window!

Air conditioning was average

Location was very good. The air conditionner didnt work and it was too hot so we had to open the window and it got noisy and didn’t help the sleep.

Location was very good. Although the hotel had air conditioning, it didn't work. The room was extremely hot, and we couldn't sleep because of the heat. They said the hotel has central air conditioning, but in reality, it wasn't working during our stay.

Location is good Bathrooms are very small and staff are not working well. They generated bill for me with different customer name and later they realized and connected the bill. I am still waiting for their response as they corrected bill as per my schedule or not. Staff is not friendly

Nothing I booked room with Eiffel Tower view and I requested in notes that I’d have a room with nice view. I even went there with my luggage at 11am that day to tell staff to make sure. She said they don’t have top floor because it doesn’t have view but she will have me on 7th floor. But when I came back that night, I was told the only room was 8th floor but you have to see the Eiffel Tower from the edge of a corner! NOT direct view like they show in FOUR listing photos! Night manager said she couldn’t do anything. I’ll be filing formal complaint with your CEO and COO of your LOUSY service, FALSE advertising, FRAUD! Staff obviously gave the room on 7th floor with direct view that she’d promised me to another person after I left at 11am! And I had to pay like 10 euros to store my luggage at 11am! I could have shown up at 3pm instead!

Staff was so kind and helpful At the time i was there…There’s a renovation going on. We got another room option we didn’t booked.

We were about a 20 minute walk from the Effiel Tower. There was places with outdoor seating walking distance for food and drinks. Hotel rooms are smaller in Europe than the US. They were nice and clean. No refrigerators. We got two twin beds they ended up being pushed up together forming one bed. This we found was common in other hotels in Europe as well. They had a station in the hotel lobby to refill your water bottle which was nice. We never tried it but there was a restaurant in the hotel next to lobby.

everything was very smooth, organized, we liked the room space I only think you should have a mini-fridge in the room

Good Location I had already paid for my room online before arrival. However, upon check-in, I was charged again for the room, in addition to the city tax. As a result, €441 was blocked on my account. Although the hotel later acknowledged the issue and initiated a refund, I was informed that it could take 7–10 business days before I could access my money again. What was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. The staff explained it as a “system error” but showed little concern for the inconvenience and stress this caused. At no point did I feel that they genuinely acknowledged the seriousness of the mistake or expressed sincere regret for the impact it had on me. Because of the hotel’s error, I was left without access to a significant amount of my money during my trip. If this had caused financial difficulties, it appears that the hotel would not have accepted any responsibility. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I expect a hotel to take ownership of its errors and show greater care for its guests when resolving them

Great location close to the train and the stay was amazing very helpful and spoke enough English to help us when we needed

The location was very good and close to Cambronne metro station, the staff were very welcoming and helpful they actually offered us an early check in with small extra fees. The room was clean and suitable for 3 persons. The room was a bit small
