Good location, decent food/breakfast, close to the metro and restaurants. However, there was an issue with power, electricity, also every day we had clogged siink or toilet in both rooms. I think the hotel has issues with sewerage. Rooms to small, no drawers or closets, too many problems with clogged toilet and sink.

I will do an formal complaint because the condition of the toilets( two rooms) was disgraceful and disgusting. Yellow, dirty, hair, toilet seat was very dirty. I know that this hotel have only 3 stars but the conditions were not even for one star. Although i have requested to be removed from those disgusting rooms( and they did within 10 minutes)) the situation was the same. I have asked the staff for one toilet brush to clean the toilet myself and they said “Sorry , but we don’t have “, after i have requested one bin bag to put the rubbish out because they haven’t got the bins into the rooms ( except in the toilet were one the smallest bin without bin bags) again i had the same answer “ We don’t have “. When you travel with children, after a long day of travel arriving at the hotel tired and exhausted and you start cleaning their rooms it is very hard, disappointing and very disgusting.

The Buffet breakfast was good!! And the locations was near the City Center. The staff were friendly and helpful!! The room had bad smell! But, it was clean and spacious!!

Great location near the Metro. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Room was quite small. Couldn’t eat outside because of wasps.

Right across metro - accommodating staff - good breakfast Really dirty, smelly in the halls, sewage smell in bathroom. First room had mold everywhere in shower and stank of sewage. Luckily second room was bearable but still had some smell.

Huge rooms and bathrooms. Walk in shower. Big bed. So the air con did not work and it was a heat wave so we barely managed to sleep. Felt like we were being boiled alive.
