Nice clean place The staff near the coffee were not very helpful I felt. We asked for a coffee and we got ripped off for 3.5 Euro with very little coffee. Was very disappointed with rude tone.

Value 1. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all, and the sofa bed i can feel the springs on my back 2. They have AC but does not cool down the temp. When I called them they say it is max, we ended up sweating all the time. We even opened the windows even tho it is summer 3. Also not very clear we found spiders and once the cleaner forgot their juice inside.

Despite paying for a really expensive room And having stayed there for the first 4 days of our holiday . The hotel refused to accept our luggage for the days we travelled out of Paris despite knowing we were coming back. They recommended a storage company that ended up being a nightmare - we almost lost our luggage . Will not recommend the hotel as they aren’t flexible

The staff deliberately took out the sign that allowed them to clean the room. So they didn’t clean the room Whilst we were out and we came back to a dirty room After a long day at Disneyland

The staff were exceptional and helpful. We were impressed by their luggage storage compartment to check in your luggage before and after check out, so you could explore the city before catching our train. I would have preferred for the sink to be in the same room as the toilet, instead of around the corner in the main room.

Location was ideal for where we wanted to go The AC did not work..called reception and said they'd send someone but didnt. It was a hot night so didnt sleep much.

Super breakfast, friendly reception staff. Would have liked air-con to go lower than 19 . Lighting ok but would have preferred another lamp. Small Shower head good but large square head didn’t work.

Everything was good enough, plus there was facility to take free water or sparkling water. It was a great opportunity to fill in out bottles each time before leaving the hotel. We didn't like that the toilet was separate from the bathroom. Having water in the toilet would be great.
