Location great for the Gare De L'Est station. We travelled home via Eurostar from Gre Du Nord, this was walking distance within about 10-15 mins with our luggage. Breakfast was plentiful and restocked often! Staff were friendly and helpful. Our arrival train was over 2 hours late so was past 1am when we arrived at the hotel and staff were welcoming and had replied to our messages about our late arrival - very reassuring! Room was hot and aircon was poor - it was not cooling the room and noisy! We were on one of the higher floors and day had been very warm!!

Room good, breakfast was great and location was right by a Metro so easy to get around Paris to see sights. Suburb a bit dodgy but not the worst.

The breakfast was very nice and cozy, I was surprised it was included. The location is very close to metro and buses. The staff is helpful. The buttons on the elevator were sometimes iffy. Some noise from the street was audible, but not too much to disturb sleep.

The location was outside the strain station which is what we wanted. Booked an accessible room on the ground floor because of wheelchair user. When we checked in they gave us a 3rd floor room which was not accessible. We went downstairs to speak to someone and they gave us another room on the ground floor which was half accessible. I had to go through 2 doors to get to the room door and the space outside our room door was where they stored every ones baggage during the day. We couldn't get the wheelchair through and had there been a fire we would have struggled.

The hotel is well located to many transport options. The included breakfast was OK. My room and the bed were comfortable.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast speed is good. Though room is a little small, it is comfortable.
