Location. By reddo products Rooms were small. Room smelt of smoke No breakfast, bar or restaurant Felt more like a hotel lobby with rooms No Dyson hairdryer in the room as advertised Very Expensive for what it was Not a good representation of Intercontinental Hotels

The location/ Jermie the concierge was amazing and so helpful. So was Elisa / despite what happened but she was genuinely caring. Samir the manager at first was very “helpful” but on the last day he really disappointed me with his attitude. The fact that my mom spent two nights in the hotel stuck in her room till the elevator was fixed because she uses a wheelchair and she wasn’t able to come down to enjoy the city or attend her scheduled doctors appointment. I had to look for another hotel so this doesn’t occur again. No one sent her food to the room and when I asked not to charge her minibar and the 1 thing she got from room service after waiting for two hours Samir made it seem like a crime!!!!! It was a terrible experience for my mom / but my kids husband and I liked the property. However we spent a lot of time trying to solve the issue of the elevator / looking for an alternative rather than enjoying Paris.

We visited the hope to celebrate my partner’s 40th birthday. The team were incredible here and organised the room so beautifully with balloons and champagne. My partner absolutely loved the trip and we’d recommend the intercontinental champs elysees to other visitors travelling to Paris!

We loved the staff, especially Frank and Jeremy, who went out of their way to help us with bookings and information about Paris and tour sites. Frank was very friendly and helpful. the hotel was very central to central Paris, and we walked to champs Elysee, the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triumph. It was a beautiful hotel. Nothing
