BED and BREAKFAST PARIS QUARTIER CHAMPS-ÉLYSÉES

The location was so beautiful and close to all the sites that we wanted to see! Very safe neighborhood with lots of cafes closeby. Mme Decroix was amazing and helpful and we loved the breakfast every morning! We miss it already and will be back sometime soon. Thank you Mme Decroix for such an amazing stay!

Certainly, this is not a hotel or a place suitable for living at all. It is merely a room in an old apartment belonging to a French family. The room has no basic facilities for living. When I saw it, I did not stay; I left immediately and requested a refund, but you did not respond to me

I'd say it was on the expensive side. The breakfast was a little pricey/could improve. The bed was too soft and the pillows too small.

The "Arc del Triomphe" and the metro stations are super close. In front of the hotel is a small supermarket (which is ideal if you need to buy something for your departure travel). The lady is super nice. There were some points that were not the best bearing in mind the price (and we know that Paris is not cheap): - The check-in is super late. It's the first time we face a check-in from 17:00 h. We understand that's a familiar business, but if the check-out is expected at later 10:00 h, having a check-in at 17:00 h is super late. - We would recommend to update the towels, they were a bit old and scratchy. - Also, during our stay there were kids running early in the morning (before breakfast, at 7-8AM) in the hall/corridor/somewhere (we don't know if from the family living there or another guests).

The location was good and the building was very french and elegant the room was tiny, no television, no breakfast. The check in only from 5pm Then after a long journey waiting outside on a cold day and with luggage was not pleasant. Check out by 10am with any chance to keep my luggage till 1pm.

I just loved everything! I trully recomend you to stay here! Very cozy, very french room! Clean and warm on the winter. The breakfast is delicious! The location is the best one.

Communication was easy, clean, it had everything you need. Very tasty french breakfast and the location of the place is amazing.

A charming Parisienne room close to all points of interest. Great value for money and the very sweetest of hosts. Breakfast lovingly prepared and presented. A very quaint/traditional experience. Thank you very much. An extra pillow or two but I didn’t ask so I cannot complain.

location is good , breakfast is bad breakfast too little choice , bed is too soft , floor is creaking . it is an air Bnb with bad to decent quality only , not want to come back .

comfortable and quiet. good shower. Nice owner. Nice neighborhood. Close to the metro. Close to some nice restaurants. I lost the key. It caused problems for me and the landlord. We worked things out.

Very friendly, helpful and nice host, great location close to arc de tripomphe, walking distance to Eiffel Tower, cute room, good homemade breakfast brought to the room at requested time, everything was just perfect for our little romantic Paris-getaway. -
