Amazing staff! The female maitre d’hotel at breakfast was super. Also the roomservice was perfect. Lovely to book the private wellness. The small details makes the stay extra personal. Although a beautiful bath, the short curtain makes it very hard to shower without floading the bathroom.

Nothing, it was perfect for us

Location, staff, breakfast, cleanliness The standard room is too small for large suitcases.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, chic and in a gorgeous, relatively quiet neighborhood in the 6th. The wonderful concierge Florien provided exceptional service to us throughout our five day stay. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and the service in the dining room was an absolute delight. We took advantage of the steam room, pool and massage as well - highly recommend. Not a single thing. We can’t wait to go back.

The hotel is very historic and interesting. The main level is well appointed. The breakfast was fabulous and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The shower option was excellent. The sitting area in the Junior Suite was a nice extra and provided a place for my family to gather. The elevator was out of service for one day and we were on the 6th level. There is a windy staircase, but that is a lot of steps to climb or descend. Thankfully it was fixed. The faucet often dripped because of the cold water valve, probably age. The suite in the Junior suite could use a small couch.

The location is very nice: tucked away in the 6th arrondissement. Quiet street, full of art galleries, close to Pont des Artes and all the goodies you'd expect out of a Paris trip. While the street is quiet, it's convenient: all the bustle and liveliness of cafes and stores is just a street away. The hotel is dripping with dark style: the opposite of a sleek, sterile, modern, brightly lit thing. The continental breakfast was great. The front desk easily handled some complex luggage holds and transfers. Overall, it was a really nice place. The hotel room is not huge: watch those square meters for how big it is. Not a huge deal.

Staff were exceptional when I left something behind. Wonderful location, gorgeous traditional French décore, comfortable beds, marvelous breakfast.

Located in a quiet side street just a few steps from the Seine, this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated to warm, friendly, and comfortable environment, making us feel right at home. The room was exceptional; it was spacious, comfortable, and immaculate. The view of the Paris rooftops was an attraction in and of itself. The breakfast was delicious. All in all I cannot think of a better place to stay in Paris.

Location and luxury The temp of the grotto pool could be warmer.

Good location, cosy. Nice breakfast. Housekeeping came at 5pm?! Overall more 4* than the 5* it is advertised as.

Great location. Amazing bar and breakfast area. Great concept of the reserved spa area. Very cool spa. Large stylish rooms. Bathrooms are looking a little worn out. Maybe keep the amazing fixtures and redo the tile. Mattresses as well. New breakfast policy where even basic scrambled eggs are not included seems a little low budget.
