Perfect location with proximity to the Palais de Congres, Metro, RER, and easy walk to the Arc de Triomphe. A small hotel with very attentive staff, delicious breakfast and nice amenities in the room. The rooms are small! Not much storage space, and very limited space to do work.

The room and the photo of the room are not the same. The room was not aired. Some renovation had been dome to the wall and was not painted. There was no chair in the room.

Great location and excellent air conditioning in the heat wave! Staff were pretty unhelpful. I needed assistance in mailing a package (a return garment to a store). Instead of being helpful the front desk attempted to mansplain to me how to go online and return a package from a store. Not what I needed.

The elevator stopped working for one holy day we had to use the stairs to the 7 floor!!!!

the room is cozy, clean and all well set. impressive shower amenities in L'Occitane brand outside loud noise (may be from the special event)

The cleaning is slow. I arrived at 3:30 pm after leaving the whole day and my room was not cleaned yet.

The breakfast was nice. The fact that I was 10 minutes late coming down to checkout and got a call from the front desk rushing me, I didn’t appreciate that.

All the staff were incredibly friendly. Room was very nice and clean and location is good. Around 10 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe.
