Location. Good constant air conditioning. Near metro and good proximity to several restaurants. Nearby. Good options. Clean quiet location. Easy transport links. Shower cubicle was too small and leaked water from the glass door. But not a deal breaker. No disposable slippers provided in room. Floor felt a little dusty on my bare foot. On 2nd day, only 1 bath towel was left after cleaning room. On second day we only had 1 between 2 people. The cotton buds and shower cap were not replenished even though it was obvious they had been used up and none was left to replace. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. The little issues didn’t detract from our stay. Room size on the small size but manageable. The efficient a/c compensated for that.

Location near Palais des Congress was perfect. Room was comfortable, clean. Coffee and water available at the lobby. Room was quiet - I appreciated that a lot! Tiny bathroom. Slow and tiny elevator. No vegan options for breakfast. My things moved during cleaning of the room.
