The AC was working very well compared to other hotels in Paris during the heatwave !! The staff was kind and helpful. This is a small boutique hotel. I feel like home and it is completely different from the big hotel chains… It will be nice if they offer more options for the breakfast. They were some construction going on across the street but that it is beyond the hotel’s control, so you would wake up to some noise... It will be nice if the guests keep their room keys as the receptionist steps away sometimes and you have to wait for the receptionist to give you the key when you return back to the hotel. Overall this hotel is located near the metro station, not far from Avenue de l’Armée et L’Arc de Triomphe…

Everything was perfect. Air conditioning very efficient in those times of heat, better than in other hotels! Fresh bread and fresh croissants from a bakery nearby would be welcome. Being in Paris and not eating fresh bread and croissant is a real pity!

The staff is friendly and the room is clean. Tiny tight room space. No chair in the balcony.

No hair dryer in the room they sent one after several requests. Bathrobes were dirty when arrived. The room key card malfunctioned and need to be replaced several times during stay. It was used to be a nice hotel to stay in the area but now I believe that they need a renovation and a management update.

Great location. Air conditioning was very much needed! Room size good for Paris and bathroom great. All in all a fab stay. We didn’t do breakfast but it didn’t look much for 20 euros each. Breakfast in cafe round the corner was more reasonable.

room was stylish, practical and very clean! the bed was very comfortable and aircon worked really well! I had to study a lot during my stay, so they even placed a bigger working desk - Which was so so helpful and appreciated! a its a smaller hotel, there is no restaurant/room service. however many grear restaurants just outside so not really a problem!

Hotel is in unbeatable location, very close to L'Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées. Metro station line 1 and RER is less than minute walk from the hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are on smaller side, but very comfortable and functional. Definitely would book again Breakfast area is quite small, that can be a problem if more people go to breakfast at the same time. Bathroom could be cleaner.

The property and staff were lovely. The location of the hotel is perfect. there are so many attractions, shops, restaurants and everything immediately outside the front door.

perfect room size and amenities- great location near Port Maillot metro and RER and most of the 17e walkable. Although close to main roads, the street was quiet at night. Concierges were friendly and arrnaged departure taxi within 10 minutes of our asking. Wifi was slow which was a bit anooying as we were using it to make dinner reservations.
