Everything was perfect! AC was cold, water pressure was excellent, and the staff was helpful and friendly!

The location was amazing and very convenient for exploring Paris. The room size was decent, especially by Paris standards, and overall the room was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but pleasant and had everything needed to start the day. I also appreciated that the staff responded quickly when there was an issue with the hot water and managed to fix it promptly. We lost hot water for one day during the stay, which was inconvenient even though the staff handled the situation professionally and repaired it quickly.

Room small and under bed so dirty .bed is strong uncomfortable

Location The hotel whater wasn’t working I was not able to take a shower , and they were some dust in the room table

In terms of quality, I wasn't impressed. I had to change rooms because the first room smelled like sewage and the sheets were dirty with traces of oil. I also found a large bottle of nitrous oxide (laughing gas) under the bed of the second room. The elevator, stairs and even the corridors leading to the rooms were ridiculously narrow. The corridors were so narrow that two adults couldn't walk in opposite ways as one had to completely move out of the way somehow.

Nothing Every thing was supper bad from the gentleman who wasn’t gentle at all to the cleanliness to the service every thing was extremely bad and am lucky it was only a night

Dark and depressing rooms

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally professional and helpful. From the moment we arrived Wassim greeted us warmly, helped us store our luggage and got us onto our room when we were ready later in the day. While the room was on the smaller side, it was very clean and comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient to the metro line 1. We walked everywhere. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious choices. We look forward to staying there again.

The location is perfect, very closed to the metro and great restaurants. The staffs were all so friendly and so helpful. Definitely stay here again.

Its was a nice clean cozy hotel. The room is big enough, the restroom was clean. Come with 2 wardrobe closet. The mini fridge not cold at all. No microwave so you could heat up the food. It’s would be great to have it add into the room.

Location We booked 2 separate beds. And it was granted by mail before we arrived. No such thing, when we entered room, a small queen. Only one could fit. No other rooms available and one of us ended up on floor. Hotel did not want to take responsibility and claimed they gave a free breakfast that we never saw. Luckily we booked via booking.com. They awarded us with 1/2 the money in our booking wallet.

we booked the room on the ground floor with a private terrace, loved it! mini coffee maker & small refrig. were added bonus. noise level from lobby, odd location to enter the room

Smart little hotel tucked away in a small street not far from the arc de triomphe The layout of the corridors and the small lift but that's to be expected in these small buildings.
