Great location. Sunny top floor room. Nice breakfast. Was told at check-in that couldn’t put the AC below 23 degrees. It was hot in Paris at that time. Then on the second of a three day stay, the cleaning staff did not close my door properly. As I was able to just push the door to open up my return in the late afternoon. Told three staff members about what happened. In spite of that, I never heard anything from management. Also the lights didn’t work in the hallway. Many other problems. But no time to reply.

Location was convenient, a very doable walk or bike ride from 3 train stations (including the 2 we entered/left via). Small but perfectly comfortable room; comfy bed and good blackout curtains. Lots of good restaurants, cafes, ice cream spots, boulangeries, etc. nearby. The nearby canal was great to walk along during our summer stay. Staff were always friendly and had some good recommendations. Wifi was a little weak in our corner of the building. Mini fridge was a little old/not as clean and not super cold (we mostly used it to chill drinking water). View of the courtyard was fine and as we anticipated.

The staff at this hotel is very nice. Everyone wants to help. The bathrooms are dated and should be cleaned better.

Walking distance from Place de la Republique and several metro stops. There were numerous restaurants in the area that met our budget and were varied enough to not feel like eating at the same place every night. Our interior room with a view of the inner courtyard, was pretty quiet, the bathroom was clean and up to date. The building has only one, small elevator. The air conditioning wasn't the best. It was super hot in Paris while we were there and certainly it helped, but also the room felt stuffy and probably just a fan would have been better.

Great location in a lovely area of Paris. Two metro stations only a few minutes walk away a lot of restaurants etc on the door step. The hotel felt modern, with aircon in all the rooms and a lift - both were a very appreciated while visiting in the middle of a heatwave! Would definitely stay again. Hotel door didn't have a lock for during the night
