le 55 Montparnasse Hôtel

My room has been upgraded and it was very large and nice. Toilet also was good. The stairs access and the access to the elevator is not really efficient. The room was dusty. Not a big deal for a one night stay, but a bit annoying.

The room was nice and clean. The location was really good, it was close to the subway, groceries stores, bakeries, restaurants and cafés. We only went for breakfast at the hotel once and it was good. We had a small inconvenience, our first room the air conditioning was not working and the weather was exceptionally hot. However they were able to moved us to another room the next day. Great service

Excellent location in a neighborhood within walking distance of Gare Montparnasse AND same block as the Metro stop.

I liked the way night staff welcomed me, the fact the room was warm, the tea available and the comfort of the bed. I don't think the staff (day time) should talk about their experience with who they think are bad customers with current customers. Loud enough for all customers in the lobby to hear them. I don't think it aligns with the standard of the hotel. This is the only reason why I chose 9 out of 10.

I was supposed to check out at 11 AM and I asked if they have me stay until 2pm and they did!

They should include notice before you book that the hotel is under construction. Lots of noise and dust. I would have paid more for the hotel across the street. You also need permission to use A/C from front desk. Awkward. Not an accessible hotel.

The hotel is located in a busy and friendly area, you will find nice restaurants and shops nearby! The metro is just a few steps away, or you take a longer stroll and can easily walk to the river! The room was freshly furnished and comfortable. A little kettle for early morning tea was unfortunately missing, but we could do without.

Nice location in a decent section of Paris. Very convenient to the Montparnasse train station. Construction still going on (which they advise). Awkward breakfast facilities.

I hated the area, the room seemed ok The staff very unprofessional, I have never seen anything like that in my life! Made me very uncomfortable

No air conditioning. Tough to get cool by opening the window. Pretty expensive breakfast buffet for what was offered.

The rooms are new but small. The shower accessories were nice The rooms were very small and no place to place your luggage

It was brand new and even though there were renovations going on there and the AC was not working we really enjoyed our room with and outdoor balcony .

very easy to find near to the metro station you can save money take the metro pass i save alot for overcharging taxis best n comfortable option everything is ok

Very nice large room, kind & cheerful staff. TV was not easy to use, but that was not important to me as I was reading books while there.

The young female receptionist was very pleasent and extremely helpful. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were good. Our room needs to be refurbished. The chair in the room was stained and a bit grubby. The skirting boards were scuffed and need repainting and the wardrobe door squeaked loudly.

It was clean Front desk lady was nice It had a kettle, but no base so it was pointless Had a tv remote but was missing the tv. The hot water in the shower took about 10 min to get hot

The room was clean although small My room had no wardrobe and it was small yet i realized my neugbours had wardrobe . No breakfast and they were doing renovation on first floor therefore making the place noisy and dusty
