The staff was absolutely lovely, each employee I met were helpful, pleasant and assertive! Breakfast was great, the infused water and cake at the front desk were a great highlight! I want to thank Yann for their warm welcome. The hotel allowed early check-in, which was great! The room was big enough for a night, the setting was clever to fit everything, the decor was nice. The location is fairly quiet at night and it's close to Gare Montparnasse and other subway stations. Lots of places to eat, drink, corner stores etc. The bed was so firm, felt like sleeping on a bench. The pillows were either real poofy or very small, no in between. The room was quite humid despite the fans. We couldn't set any AC despite the fact that it was 25°C / 77°F in our room all night long, we were dying. I sent a request through the QR code dedicated to chat / staff messages but didn't get any answer. The next morning we reported to the front desk and they were apologetic, they explained we couldn't get the AC because the hotel is "still in winter mode". It's the end of April on a sunny week, we had to open the window every other hour of the night just to get fresh air, no exactly restful after a 12 hours flight. The toilet door is a barn door, so there's no sound proofing whatsoever and the toilet paper holder was saggy and broken.

The property was very clean and the staff were very accommodating and professional. Nothing

It was situated in a good, quiet area. The room, corridors, hall, waiting area, breakfast area were all very clean. The staff were very polite and absolutely lovely. The room was a bit small and the pillows a bit uncomfortable. The shower was not separated from the rest of the room by walls - it was separated by a window curtain hanging from the ceiling. The door to the toilet was a sliding door that didn't close properly.

The room was small but sufficient. Breakfast was delicious. The location is not very central but right next door to a metro station, which makes it rather convenient and accessible. The highlight is the staff - always with a smile on their face, a positive attitude, and ready to assist with anything you may need. The fact that you can get a piece of cake and a cup of coffee even after breakfast is over was highly appreciated. Though the breakfast is good, it is a little scarce - a few vegetables and egg options beyond boiled would go a long way. Our room had some black mold spots and the TV wall mount was not secured properly. Our stay was short, so we did not want to spend time reporting it and dealing with it. While the bathroom had a curtain to separate it from the room, it was not possible to enclose it fully, meaning that it is not possible to take a shower in this room in full privacy, which can be rather awkward in some cases.

Talking to Nadia, the Romanian worker, during Breakfast. Her warm welcome, her drive to serve and to be hospitable, make the whole place feel like we are in a different world of hospitality. I found the rooms well organized for such a small space--the structure means that every bit of space is well calculated for comfort and functionality. The space downstairs is quite pretty and the furniture and outdoors are lovely. The elevator made a ton of noise and we were in room 503, right next to it. It was banging and clanking so much it woke us up as soon as people starting using it in the morning, unfortunately.

Great location with easy access to public transport. Rooms are not cleaned every day. Very noisy — you can hear the metro every few minutes and water usage from rooms above, which is difficult if you’re a light sleeper like me. No toiletries provided, which is disappointing considering the price.

The staff was great, location was really good and the handwritten note a great touch! Bathroom has no real noise isolation

I have stayed here a number of times and I will stay nowhere else in Paris when I'm there for work. It's the best staff, cutest rooms though small, best breakfast, such a great location. Seriously love this place so much. Nothing- this place is amazing all around!
