It's a curio hotel by Hilton. It is a Paris favorite. The staff are all knowledge and professional. They are helpful and friendly. They have a restaurant in the facility and getting around is safe and easy.

Extremely dirty and run down. Everything was broken. The carpet had a terrible smell. The room was horrible despite it being a king privilege room. Dirty, smelly carpet with stains and dark without adequate lighting. Extremely noisy outside despite being in a residential area.

All the staff were amazing, always smiling and ready to help. The restaurant was amazing and the room was beautifully decorated and spacious considering you’re in the centre of Paris. Unfortunately there was an elevator out of order during my stay, which caused the second elevator to be a little crowded but nothing too bad, and not the hotel’s fault.

The staff were great. My wife and I didn’t like the blood stains on the sheets. Their policy on holding a price on your card is wild. They went from 225 euros to adding 300 euros. Didn’t make sense

Great location, loved the hotels style and coziness it offered. The tv functionalities weren’t the best and that’s a shame as everything else about the room was perfect. The breakfast situation is weird, it’s almost like it’s never enough food down there, but what was there was very tasty.

Loved the location, easy to get to, lots of great shops, eateries and bistros very close and if your happy to walk a little, so many more more things to see and experience. The Catacombs was a short walk for us. Train/Metro just around the corner which was extremely convenient and not far away was a big interchange for our other travel. Loved Montparnasse as an area, felt a bit more suburban with all that you needed for a few days in Paris. As we arrived there are quite a few stairs to walk down to the entrance and with big heavy bags and no assistance was a little disappointing. The rooms air conditioning wasn't very good, we would set it to our desired temp and it would revert back overnight to a hotter and less airflow, so we woke up quite congested.
