Le Regent

Location was nice for walking around the city, close to many sites. Room had air conditioning which was nice during the heat wave. Room was clean. Room was small and did not have a view as I thought was booked.

The staff was great. The hotel was charming. The location of Le Regent was perfect. I could walk to see Notre Dame & Luxembourg Palace & gardens. Restaurants and shops are everywhere.

The location was perfect amongst cafe’s, the metro and many landmarks. It was clean and updated. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. I have no complaints.

Amazing and kind staff. So helpful. Great area. Easy walking. My view of Notre Dame was so special. The A/C was a life saver. Would stay again

Location was excellent! The size of the room was great and having windows that open was a bonus. Took two days to get the air conditioning working correctly.

Location, room comfort Breakfast was really bad. Low value for money but more importantly, very delayed all days even when a time was specified. Making it hard to rely on eating before work.

Exceptional front desk service. We got an upgraded room without asking. They held our bags without hesitation as we arrived early. Room and bathroom was very clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Though it's a busy area, it was very quiet and we were able to sleep without a problem.

I cannot fault this lovely little hotel. It is an older building but it was immaculately clean, and our twin-share Deluxe room was more elegant and spacious than we expected (we are used to staying in very small hotel rooms in the UK and Europe). The bathroom was a shower-bath with a waterfall shower, and was also bigger than we expected. The beds were comfortable and there were two pillows - one firm and and one soft. There is great soundproofing so there is no street noise, and also very little sound from other rooms. We were there in a sudden heatwave so the individual air conditioning unit in the room was very welcome - we were able to adjust it easily to our preferred temperature, especially at night. The location is AMAZING - you can literally walk everywhere if you want, or use the Metro or buses at the end of the streets. Plenty of places to eat, any time of the day or night. The staff were very kind and attentive throughout our 19-night stay and were so helpful to us - they are clearly used to English speakers. They wished my sister a happy birthday and gave us vouchers for a snack and drink at a nearby cafe. We borrowed a vase from them so we could have fresh flowers in our room (bought by us) every day we were there. We also asked for the bath plug to be fixed, and it was fixed the next day. The 24-hour concierge presence is great, as is the general security of the hotel. We were on the 5th floor and the lift, while small, worked well the entire time, so there were no issues at all. We feel like we made a wonderful discovery with this hotel!

Location was amazing, staff were very friendly. It was not as clean as I would hope for, big stain on carpet, walls very dirty. The extra pillow in closet had mold on it. The bathroom was clean though so that’s important.

location in lively area close to restaurants and shops - 2 metro and several bus stops nearby - the Staff is friendly and helpful - we have had several stays here in the past and will return soon everything was perfect

Excellent location ~ many restaurants and shops nearby; great luminous bathroom with a heated towel rack The room was an awkward small shape and offered little storage space for clothes. The bed was just ok.
