Amazing location: restaurants all around, between river and Luxembourg gardens. a/c was ideal during one of the biggest heatwaves ever. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water (I hear other places that can be a challenge) If I had to be nitpicky, the elevator is small, but most places do t have one at all.

The front desk staff, Caroline and Theo were very kind and helpful. They were happy to make recommendations for dining, accommodate rides to/from the airport. They made the experience even that much better. this does not apply. the property was perfect for our trip.

Emplacement excellent et beaucoup de cachet La chasse d’eau de la toilette de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et plutôt que la remplacement on m’a dit d’enlever le plastique et peser sur un bouton dans le mur…les lits étaient très confortable mais la chambre très très petite

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast wonderful and well worth the price. Decor of the room itself exceptional. Decor of room fantastic, clean. Very small. Location great. Easy to access everything on foot. Size of room.

The older manager was so eager to help make our stay enjoyable - from getting us extra waters to offering to order taxi. What a gem It was great, 15th century building. I guess we missed having a more lively or larger hotel bar. But that’s all I can think of

The hotel is near lots of little restaurants and shops. Great access to the metro, 9 minute walk to the station. The breakfast was great, good options to eat in a nice atmosphere. No real issues with the hotel or my stay.

Hotel location is fabulous! Great restaurants in immediate area. Wlaking distance to Notre Dame, Musee d"Orsay & Luxumberg Gardens Room was a bit small. We chose the room for cost but we made it work.

We thought we'd booked a different (larger room) and spoke with the concierge, who was able to facilitate a move to a larger room the second day. Appreciated this! Chamber maids kept forgetting to replenish the supply of instant coffee and little cream packets.. So we had to request them from the concierge for the first 3 mornings. After that it was resolved. The cost was high (quite a bit higher than just a year or two ago).

We loved this small hotel. Excellent location in St Germain. Air conditioned. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Lovely rooms. We stayed there twice. I can say there was anything we didn’t like.
