Welcome Hotel

The room was very beautiful big and cosy, the staff was really helpful and kind, breakfast was tasty and the coffee was just perfect. Location was also very good making the whole paris experience even better. You can walk practically everywhere.

Great location and very helpful staff. Close to metro stops and a 10 minute walk in the early morning to I’ll-de-Cite. The room was very small, but understandable given that this is a very old building.

The location was exceptional and staff was friendly and polite. At 400 euros a night you expect better rooms and facilities. The rooms were tiny and the sole lift in the property could barely fit one person with luggage.

Amazing location, totally Parisian neighborhood, friendly staff, quiet and central at the same time and we had view to the Eiffel Tower from our window as well as a very romantic street with trees blooming. When we arrived in the room they treated us with complimentary champagne and macarons with a greeting card which I found very polite, elegant and thoughtful. Train, metro and bus stops at our feet and this made our experience in exploring the city very easy. On the other hand the location of the hotel made it possible to walk to almost every attraction on foot. Plenty of options with cafes, boulangeries, brasseries, restaurants and markets around the corner and we had a feeling of security moving around the area. The breakfast was very good and the staff was willing to help us, offering coffee and more. Rooms a little bit small but this was no problem at all as everything else was wonderful.

Fantastic location. I fell in love with Paris while staying there. Amazing to be so walkable to the best Paris has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Close to the metro and buses. Very clean. Breakfast was the best of the six hotels I stayed in during my three week vacation. Wonderful front desk staff. Competent. Professional. Friendly. Helpful. I appreciated that they spoke English. Use caution with the small lift. Watch your step. The stairs are very close.

Very cute boutique hotel in a GREAT location! Loved the street view from my room. Very accommodating and helpful staff! Very small room. There was a weird smell coming out of the drain in the floor in the bathroom.

We had a great stay. Sraff was supper nice, room cosy and convenient. Walking distance from so many attractions.

Staff was very friendly and the property was clean. The room was small ( but that’s a Paris boutique hotel for you). Lot of street noise from Saint Germain. That wasn’t anyone’s fault just realize it’s a loud, fun neighborhood.

There was a step in the middle of the room which wasn't marked (or better protected) properly, so I've hit my foot on it several times. Otherwise all good, and I understand the struggles of building in older houses.
